Tracked our entire event with this Date: Apr 24 2026
Summary: I managed QR codes for a two-day industry conference using getQR and the location and device data was incredibly useful. It gave us a clear picture of attendee behavior
Positive: Scan analytics showed us exactly when attendees were most engaged. We saw a spike right after the keynote, which lined up perfectly with our QR-linked resource handout.
Negative: It might have been easier to export data for analytics into a spreadsheet rather than doing everything manually. Instead, I had to copy the numbers down to create a report based on this data.

Clean interface and solid customization Date: Apr 20 2026
Summary: I create codes for a couple of local restaurants as well, and now GetQR is an integral part of my work. My codes are not only unique but are aligned with the branding of the establishment 👍
Positive: The editor gives you real control over dot shape, color gradients, and logo placement without making things complicated. Every design I've made has looked polished and on-brand right away.
Negative: More pre-built templates would speed things up for quick projects. Right now I'm building every code from a blank canvas, which is fine but adds time when I'm working on multiple clients.

Saved us from a costly reprint Date: Apr 20 2026
Summary: This feature alone made it worth my while to use getQR when creating the QR codes for our spring collection campaign. Since then, I have used the software on three other occasions.
Positive: After printing out 500 brochures, we found that the link of the landing page was changed. All we needed to do was one click in the dashboard to change the code, and we were set.
Negative: It would be great to have the option of replicating the look of the design into the creation of another code, instead of having to create everything again.

Made my first QR code in under five minutes Date: Apr 14 2026
Summary: I needed a code for a flyer promoting our weekend open house and getqr delivered quickly. Printed it at poster size and every phone in the room scanned it on the first try
Positive: From account setup to downloading a finished code, the whole thing was remarkably fast. I customized the colors, added a logo, and exported a high-res PNG without hitting a single snag.
Negative: A short onboarding walkthrough or guided tour of the dashboard would help brand-new users get oriented faster, especially if they haven't used a QR platform before

Our packaging looks so much better now Date: Apr 14 2026
Summary: We've just recently redesigned our labels for our products and I made use of GetQR for our QR codes and customers have commented that they look clean!
Positive: Placing our logo within the QR code itself did wonders and the coloring was spot-on for our company's colors. It definitely looked deliberate and not like we were simply stamping our logo onto it.
Negative: I wish there was a way to see what it would look like when printed smaller.

Dynamic codes are a real timesaver Date: Apr 14 2026
Summary: Used GetQR for our retail marketing campaign and there were no issues at all. The dynamic QR Codes eliminated the need for reprinting and the scan data gave me valuable insights about the busiest store locations
Positive: The flexibility that came with changing the destination link after printing really helped me out when launching my product. I had printed 300 flyers before discovering an erroneous link fixed it on the spot
Negative: Would like to see a couple more templates added to the gallery

Runs our entire check-in process now Date: Apr 14 2026
Summary: We ditched the paper sign-in sheet and replaced it with a single get QR code on a stand at reception. Visitors love it, the data is cleaner, and I can pull attendance reports in seconds instead of squinting at handwriting.
Positive: Set up a QR code at the front desk that links to our digital check-in form. Visitors scan, fill out their info on their own phone, and we get a notification instantly. No more clipboards, no more illegible handwriting to decode.
Negative: Being able to customize the landing page that appears after scanning, even with just a welcome message and logo, would elevate the check-in experience further.

Customization goes deeper than expected Date: Apr 10 2026
Summary: I obsess over brand consistency and most QR tools produce generic looking codes. GetQR let me customize every visual element until the code felt native to our packaging. Clients noticed the difference immediately and the feedback was great.
Positive: Beyond just logo and color there are options for dot shape, corner style, and frame text. The level of control meant I could create a code that genuinely felt like part of the brand rather than something tacked on as an afterthought.
Negative: Previewing the code at different physical sizes before downloading would help me decide which dot shape and corner style look best at the intended print scale.

Made our loyalty program scannable Date: Apr 10 2026
Summary: The previous system of punch cards was chaotic and consumers would often misplace the cards. Switched to using the getqr code linking to our digital loyalty website, and we saw an increase in signups by three times in the first two weeks.
Positive: Developed a branded QR code leading to our loyalty card website and installed it at the checkout counter. Scanning once allows for immediate entry into the program while visit tracking happens automatically. The design was in line with our branding and the scanning process was successful.
Negative: A POS integration where automatic entry is made upon scanning into the loyalty program will help streamline the entire process.

Organized all our property listings Date: Apr 10 2026
Summary: I own twelve rental units, and every property is associated with a GetQR code on the yard sign with pictures, descriptions, and applications. Once the property is rented out, I simply redirect the code to the next vacant listing. This way, I won’t have to print new signs repeatedly.
Positive: Generated personalized QR codes for every rental ad, directing customers to virtual tours and applications. As the link was dynamic, I could switch places without having to print new flyers. Analytics helped track which ads were attracting the highest traffic.
Negative: A solution to save expired codes without deleting them would help to maintain the dashboard’s cleanliness, while also retaining all scan data and analytics for expired listings.

Video codes added a personal touch Date: Apr 03 2026
Summary: We put a getQR video code in our subscription boxes with a personal thank-you video. Our customers included it in reviews, and our unboxing activity increased. It was a small touch, but it made an impact 😉
Positive: The video QR code feature links directly to a hosted clip that plays on scan. Used it to add a welcome message from our founder to every product box. The branded code design matched our packaging colors perfectly.
Negative: Supporting short-form looping videos or GIFs, not just long-form videos, would expand the opportunities for short-form branding on product packaging.

App link codes simplified our launch Date: Mar 20 2026
Summary: We created a mobile app and needed a code that works on any device. GetQR's app link feature works perfectly for this. We used it on all our promotional materials, and we have zero complaints so far.
Positive: App link QR code recognizes the device and redirects accordingly. It works for both Android and iOS using just one code. Design is clean, and scanning is instant on any device we've tested so far.
Negative: It would be great if I can see some stats on how many of those went to each app store so I can compare how many users are using Android vs. iOS.

Sticker codes held up outdoors Date: Mar 20 2026
Summary: We use GetQR codes on our delivery vehicles and they need to scan from a distance in all kinds of weather. Every single one of them has performed beautifully and our customers can scan them to leave feedback or order again.
Positive: Downloaded a high-res PNG and printed it on weatherproof stickers for outdoor use. The code scanned perfectly even after weeks of sun and rain exposure. Colors stayed vibrant and the logo remained legible at small sizes.
Negative: A recommendation of the minimum print sizes for each export format would be very handy to avoid any guesswork when ordering stickers or decals from outside parties.

Image codes work for our gallery Date: Mar 18 2026
Summary: We created a GetQR code next to each piece in the gallery that links to the artist's bios and images. The visitors loved being able to zoom in on the images from the phone screen.
Positive: The image QR code allows the visitor to scan the code and immediately view the high-resolution version of the image on the phone screen. The branded code design worked well in terms of aesthetics with the gallery environment and even in low-light environments.
Negative: The option to create a carousel of images and attach it to a single code would reduce the number of codes we would need.

Scan data helped us pick a location Date: Mar 18 2026
Summary: Placed identical flyers with different getQR codes in four different neighborhoods and used analytics to see which area had the highest interest for opening a new location. The analytics showed us one area had significantly more engagement than the others. No guesswork needed.
Positive: The analytics feature also tracks scans by geographic area and time of day. This provided us with hard numbers to work with. Knowing what area had the highest engagement rate for us allowed us to make an educated decision about where to open.
Negative: Would love to see a heat map visualization added for the scan locations instead of being presented as a list of cities and percentages in table form.
