    Summary: It was a nice encounter hope to be using it every day, the services and support are good but need to make more efficient and update with currently emails of leads.

    Positive: It's simple to access and works fast to get the desired emails, it has good support its friendly compared to other services.

    Negative: It's a bit costly, need to check the rates, it can provide some of emails of leads and some are old.

    Summary: Definitely a good tool to have close to hand. Easy enough to use without any ads which is great. Would definitely recommend.

    Positive: Easy to use
    Good chances of finding a verified email address.
    No adverts.
    Very self explanatory.
    Would recommend.

    Negative: Price is very high.
    More free credits would be better.

    It's More For Fun Than Anything Else

    Summary: I spent quite a bit of time using getemail.io, and frankly, it was pretty entertaining! The results were incorrect in every search I conducted; however, the "interesting links" portion displayed helpful and thoughtful information. I enjoyed playing around with this software; however, I cannot imagine ever using it professionally, nor would I pay to use the service.

    Positive: * Offered as a chrome extension for easy searching
    * Simple and straightforward user interface
    * Website is clean-cut and minimalistic for ad-free searching
    * Provides information about an individual with a basic name and company search
    * Results are instant, even with names or companies that render hundreds of matches

    Negative: * The information is not up-to-date
    * Results are not 100% reliable
    * The search words must be spelled correctly for results to show
    * Paid service once trial credits are depleted

    Summary: Better than guessing, but not much. Overall success rate is poor at best, simply not worth paying anything for its use.

    Positive: Linked to LinkedIn so relatively easy to press a key and get an answer most of the time or it gives you the option to go to their admin page

    Negative: Even when verified, emails are rejected about 50% of the time.

    Spammy Company & Buggy Software

    Summary: Awful!!! Bad software, doesn’t do what’s advertised. Spammy sales and marketing. Absolutely shocking!!

    Positive: GetEmail.io is diabolical. Software is seriously glitchy and chrome extension not only crashes the page constantly but freezes taking email searching credits when it shouldn’t. In addition you can search in one tab and it will tell you no contact details found (taking a credit) search again on a different tab and it will give you a result! Company are very unethical and the customer support is shocking. I would not recommend providing any of your details as they have seriously spammy sales techniques. Whatever you do do not give them any payment card details as they will take money from you even if you have cancelled. Please avoid these charlatans like the plague. Sign up with Apollo.io!

    Negative: Software especially the Chrome add on is very buggy with constant freezing. Takes a stab in the dark at the email address 8/10 and it’s frequently wrong. Unethical company with spammy sales and marketing techniques. Take unauthorised payments from you when you have cancelled. Avoid like the plague.

    A completely negative experience

    Summary: I was initially promised that I would only have a one-time cost. The bank account showed that this was not the case a month later. User support has been ignoring my chats and messages for a very long time. Absolutely did not want to return the misappropriated money. He persuaded me to leave the money and apply when their service would be needed again. As expected - complete ignorance as soon as I became interested in my "advance".

    Positive: Generally it works.
    Why leave 100 characters here for a completely negative experience?
    But.... generally it works...

    Negative: Lie about the cost.
    Complete ignorance from the support side.
    Not keep their promises at all.

    Beware of their recurring subscriptions- NO REFUNDS Deceptive

    Summary: Terrible and will not ever use nor recommend again. Purely because of their horrible customer service and rigid policy adherence. Word to them is..... many company fail because of not working with customers. You are destined to fail.

    Positive: Considering the horrible customer service the actual system is fairly easy to use and does give somewhat accurate information.

    Negative: They are not understanding when it comes to cancelling subscriptions. I am two days beyond a renewal (which I in error did not want). Even worse is the fact that this company can see that I have not used their service in over a month and have extra unused credits from the previous month. You would think it would not be a big deal to give me a refund of 1 month. They would rather spout off the definition of what a "recurring" subscription according to Google is rather than consider excellent customer satisfaction. Never use these guys. Much better and reliable services out there.

    Awful customer service ...

    Summary: Great business ... questionable technology but AWFUL customer services.

    Positive: I have used the GetEmail.io software for a number of years and is excellent, finding email addresses that I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

    Negative: Not always accurate but it seems to be way more often than not.
    They clearly have a technical glitch which they don't seem interested in looking into / finding a solution.
    My account was blocked as (they say) they had detected four different accounts linked to my company. I told them that this was impossible unless there was an IP problem but the refuse to find the error (at their end) as I am a business consultant who works alone from home and clients offices.
    Client services is terrible ... who used to say that clients were always right!!
