Summary: Very happy with my overall experience. Could be faster at times, but the accuracy makes up for the wait.

Positive: Get mail is pretty accurate and has a low percentage of errors.. I like the fact that it installs itself in Sales Navigator. That is a nice touch and very helpful!

Negative: Sometimes a little slow and the feature on Linkedin is a bit bulky for my taste.

Positive: It's pretty easy to use. It has a very easy to understand navigation that is user friendly to a complete newbie like me.

Negative: It only has 5 free credits which is not enough. If only they can have 10 free credits, that would be rad.

Negative: A very limited number of credits. Very insisting sales department calling to get me to buy the product. Although it is useful I think the pricing could be friendlier.

Summary: For the past few weeks I’ve been using a Chrome extension called GetEmail as I look up potential contacts in LinkedIn there is an icon for the GetEmail and by clicking on it the app displays the email of the contact in most (not all) cases. Simple, easy. The have a free trail offer so you can test it yourself without worry.

Positive: Ease of implementation - simple Chrome extension. Then automatically works after you login to Salesforce.

Negative: Guess it'd be nice to have phone numbers too - but people rarely answer a call if they don't know the #.

Summary: It's a great tool honestly. I would definitely recommend it to people who need to find email addresses of industries.

Negative: I am trialing the software at the moment and will contact support if I want to purchase but I get phonecalls at least twice a week to encourage me to purchase. This is too much.

Full names are used to search for emails. I've had 2 fails due on Abigale and Catherine. Turns out email addresses were Abi and Cath. I would expect these abbreviations to be picked up.
