Summary: Overall the product is great, you can even try it out which is awesome to get a few emails a month if you want. But if you are heavy into email marketing you will need the full version because those 5 free emails will run out quick.

Positive: I like the plug in to LinkedIn, plus it helps me find the email address I need to get to the right person. Most of the time you won't be able to find the users email address you are looking for.

Negative: It's not 100% accurate but I use a few other software to compare data to make sure the email is the correct one for the end user.

Summary: I use it and without any difficulty i search it and see excellent result and quickly find email address.

Negative: Make it free for the first time to those who are not enough money to purchase.

Negative: What I don't like is the free credits is not enough.. lol! Hopefully it will give more free credits in the future.

Negative: I would like to also have phone numbers in addition to mail, it will be even better. And also the fact that it's not 100% free.

Positive: Easily searchable database of emails. Easily sortable resorts. I'm not roped into long-term commitment or anything I don't want/need.

Negative: The interface is a little "spreadsheety" for my taste. In fairness, I don't know how to use Excel.
