Summary: After using a very old version of Genius I do like most of the functions, I can not wait to get the upgraded version to start using the new tools I have learned about.

Positive: - That you can order parts to consume directly to a job when receiving.
- It works with Excel well.

Negative: The reporting functions are challenging to use or set up.

Summary: I use Genius Manufacturing ERP as the Accounts Manager in for one of my clients. It meets the rigorous standards set forth by SOX and passes all audit inspections. It has allowed growth while being more organized than ever before. It has helped us increase our productivity on the accounting side and new features being rolled continue to direct our financial management.

Positive: Genius ERP has been a powerful tool for our business. I use Genius Manufacturing ERP as the Accounts Manager in for one of my clients. Its easy to use and easily integrate with other software's. Customer support is also very good. The in-depth accounting report functions are greatly helpful in tracking financial performance.

Negative: Standard reports are limited in numbers, also difficult to adapt after being exported in Excel or Word.
If you are to manage customization internally, you will need to learn the use of Microsoft Power BI.

Summary: I've found Genius ERP to be a game changer for my business, despite a steep learning curve. It's scalable, customizable, and the reporting capabilities are top-notch. While I've experienced some occasional glitches and wish there was better mobile access, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. It's been a solid investment for my growing business, and I'm confident it will continue to deliver.

Positive: Love Genius ERP. Comprehensive, automated, scalable, customizable, integratable, user friendly and cost-effective. Boosts efficiency and insights.

Negative: Steep learning curve, occasional glitches, limited mobile access.

Summary: Genius ERP helps in keeping up with good housekeeping. It allowed improvements in tracking open sales orders and following up on outstanding invoices. Information gathered is easy to understand. I am now able to cut back how much unnecessary inventory was stored and inventory precision increased vividly.

Positive: It allows me to customize my product BOMs by using its feature of engineering lifecycle.I can now customize in Genius from pre-loaded parts from a CAD2BOM interface. Resulting in saving time and minimizing errors.

Negative: Its lesser customization which can be done in the system, although, Genius Task Automation minimizes it but sadly, not shown in user interface.

Summary: The software get the job done. Its feature pack and not much it cannot do. A full web interface would be welcome.

Positive: Full feature software, cover all the bases a business could need. The company offers good services and support.

Negative: The software could be more responsive, less laggy and more intuitive.

Summary: Genius ERP is a solid platform with fantastic features and capabilities. We have been able to adapt to it with minimal interruption to daily business. The most difficult part of the implementation was simply our ability to let go of the "old way" of doing processes in our previous ERP system, and accepting the "Genius way" of doing things. Most users should be able to make the switch in under 1 week once they learn the navigation and interface.

Positive: Genius has a great integration tool for both Inventor and SolidWorks, Genius ETM. Our product mix has been shifting from job shop towards engineered to order products and the (ETM) features allow us to seamlessly transition from the CAD design to the ERP system for manufacturing. With a few clicks, we can generate the previously designed BOM in the ERP, without manually listing materials and introducing human error. This is a huge speed enhancement and increase in accuracy over manual entry.

Negative: The interface is very functional, but not the most intuitive yet. We have been working with Genius to identify enhancements, and we have already been able to implement some improvements together. After having a previous ERP system for over 20 years, we had to teach old dogs new tricks when learning a new look and feel.

Summary: Easy to install and to maintain as an administrator.

Positive: Good support and easy to use.

Negative: There is nothing specific i dislike about the software.

Summary: Overall Genius software is great for what I use it for on a day to day basis, all of the information I need can be found in one place and used for many different functions.

Positive: Genius scans system for time and work allocation; used to charge customers for billable hours etc. And for employee pay is a great system, easy to use and thorough with the accurate information given.

Negative: I am still learning the Genius short cuts, sometimes it is not very user friendly, from my point of view; in a sense of being a first time user, if there is no help around it is difficult to problem solve and find the solution and some functions are not logical.

Summary: Despite the initial reports being impractical for certain modules, with a simple request to technical support, it is easy to customize them at a low cost.

Positive: The reports are easy to customize to effectively represent the company, regardless of the field of application.

Negative: The initial reports are not easy for the employee side to use.

Summary: So far, we are happy with our decision to implement Genius and look forward to moving our business forward with usable data and easy retrieval of valuable and useful reports.

Positive: We're in the early stages of our implementation but so far we are impressed with the quality of the support and implementation and sales engineering teams. We look forward to our Go Live date and are excited to have Genius facilitate data, data management, and reports that will help our business be more productive and grow.

Negative: No cons so far. We are only at the beginning of the implementation phase.

Summary: Good global experience. Easy to understand. Numerous reports available. Able to adapt reports easily when we want to add one or many fields

Positive: Well adapts to manufacturer sector. Easy to transfer data and chart in Excel. Easy to work with for the staff

Negative: News different kind of support (phone or email or chat) when we need to change reports

Summary: Overall, it's a great Enterprise Resource Planning tool that helps us in multiple ways to achieve our daily, weekly and monthly targets with ease in each sector where it's deployed. We have been seeing a great help of this ERP tool. Genius-ERP is really Genius in all aspects.

Positive: It helps to streamline our production in one Enterprise Resource Planning solution. It comes with several mechanism that helps us to make our decision making better, that does invoicing for us, optimize our selling process and provide business efficiency helping us to achieve what we need. The integration of this tool with several important software makes it even more useful.

Negative: Pricing of the tool can be better.
Customer support services can be made available 24/7.

Summary: Overall, Genius is very helpful and user friendly to all sizes of companies. We are a small company and it was perfect for use and our project mangers were very hands on through the implantation and training of the software. They made sure we were set before we went live with the software and were even helpful after we went live and still are.

Positive: Genius is a very user friendly and easy for all sizes of companies. The web based software has made our processes in our company 100 times more implemented throughout the entire company.

Negative: Looking back we might have chose the web based software so we could use it on our tablets on the production floor, but the we have no complaints of the software or their team.

Summary: We had a great experience for the transition of the system and were pleased with the support received over the past 3 years.

Positive: I like the production management capabilities, the ease of use and he very good support when we made the installation.

Negative: This software is hard to customize and it may be slow to open new windows.

Summary: Genius ERP foster all transactions, by improving on the accessibility and speed. Again, there is limited to no chances of financial losses from the tool.

Positive: Genius ERP makes the sales and business transactions effective and elaborate.
Also, Genius ERP saves on resources and task force, something which increases the profit margin of a firm.

Negative: Genius ERP drives all firms into an online avenue, which helps in reaching many clients. But Genius ERP lacks the ease of use, a challenge for many beginners.
