Summary: I have really loved how this platform has done everything possible to satisfy me in all the needs of my company, previously we had problems to develop new designs for all our presentations and new designs for our advertising. I define my experience as perfect because this platform has given me the necessary resources to make banners, animated images and many other things that have allowed a perfect illustration for all the designs that we make in our company. I am not so satisfied with the things that I mentioned before about this software, I think that there are several things that need to be improved so that this software can have a greater capacity for everyone, however, we cannot help but mention that their service in general is quite well, it helps to make quality designs and also have an excellent preparation of presentations, brochures and much more. All of our employees are pleased with how our designs have improved overall, all thanks to this great software. The adaptation process that we had with this platform was quite simple, since its use in general is not difficult at all and anyone without previous experience could use it, its interface in general is completely easy to use and helps to make the user more comfortable be benefited in some way.

Positive: Genially It is our main and creator of all kinds of digital content, our company is very essential to have fully professional designs to capture the attention of our customers. This software has played a very important role in our development as a company, it has allowed us to create various presentations, design images, catalogs and much more. One of the main things that I love about this software is that I can create animated images, beyond creating simple images, I can give the image an entrance animation, exit animation or continuous animations, this software allows me to add much more creativity to all the designs that we make to our company. The main image of our company depends on this software, since with it we can make totally creative designs with which we can attract quality clients. Another thing that I loved about this software is that it has a wide variety of templates or layers for the presentations that are being made at that moment, with this wide variety of templates I can give my presentations a much more professional design. In addition, this software allows me to insert external elements for the presentations that I am making, for example, I can insert some encrypted code to be executed inside the presentation, and it will be executed in the same way as in the original platform. Finally, take me to dinner, I loved the integration that this software had with various services, I loved being able to synchronize it with Dropbox, since I was able to extract information from my storage cloud and insert it directly into my Genially platform, It was not necessary download something specific to insert it manually in my presentation in this software, I was able to do everything directly thanks to the integration of both services. The image of our company has benefited greatly thanks to this software and its method of creating designs.

Negative: One of the main things that I noticed negatively within this software is that during the free version I could not download the content that I had previously made, this function seems quite necessary for new users who are trying the platform, It is very necessary that They are allowed to download even five slides for free, as this would help them fully test the software. When I noticed that I couldn't download presentations from free trial, I agreed to buy a paid plan, and I really don't regret it, thanks to this paid plan I have been able to access a wide variety of templates for my presentations and I can also download all the presentations without any limit. I think that they should expand the benefits of the free plan, so that new users can try it properly. Another thing I didn't like is that in order to embed a video you have to use the embed code, you can't embed a video with just the shared link. The process of inserting a video in a presentation can be quite a complicated process for some people who do not know how to use the embed code, I think that this software should allow you to insert a video with only the link to it, since currently it does not everyone knows how to handle embed code.

Summary: In general, Genially is a platform that is quite easy to use, from the first moment we started using it we achieved innovative designs for our sector and this helped our advertising to be even more impressive. We had little trouble with the effects system because we didn't know how it worked and made several mistakes applying these effects, however we managed to learn how to use them. Genially should add a more complete guide or tutorial to teach how to use all the features of the platform. Our overall experience was quite warm, Genially helped us create maps, catalogs, and various infographics that helped us present information to all our clients with more eye-catching designs. I thank Genially for the results it provided from the first moment.

Positive: Genially is our main platform to create, edit and present all kinds of presentations, infographics, brochures or simply generate designs to expand our publicity and sales. What I like the most about Genially is that it has a large list of templates with which I can give my designs a better tonality, it currently has more than 1000 templates available and these are available in the paid version. Another thing that I like is that I can add animations to the objects that are on my slide, previously in other presentation software, I couldn't add effects or transitions, but with the help of Genially this has changed, I can make the texts moving from one side to another or having the images change places using this software, it's amazing.

Negative: When we started using Genially we had several problems because we did not understand how the effects and transitions system worked, there is no tutorial for this in Genially, since the initial tutorial is quite basic and only shows how to insert objects and new texts. I would like a more complete tutorial explaining how to use the effects, luckily the support team was there to address my concerns when I didn't know how to apply the effects.

Summary: Genially has been an influential platform within our presentation creation process, we have been able to design very good quality presentations within this platform, we have been able to go to various pages in the presentations without any type of limit, in addition, I have loved the fact that being able to create animations within each image, creating an interactive image, as well as being able to edit all kinds of videos online I have loved. That the platform achieved that is printed for me can have a correct design service in a simple way. This platform has been excellent for being able to edit a video from scratch. The vast majority of videos that we have made within our company have been made with this platform, and we have loved it mainly because the rendering process is quite fast, in addition, it consumes little computer resource while rendering, in addition, the platform that allows me to choose the video quality that I want for the video that I have recently completed. I really recommend that the platform be used for any company, it helps a lot to enhance the design of new presentations and slides, it helps you create banners for your company or for business emails, and it also allows you to create an interactive image in a few steps.

Positive: Genially is an incredible platform to be able to optimize the design process of any company, I really liked that this platform has many tools for image editing, I loved the fact of being able to modify all the contrasts of any image in a simple way, I also liked the fact of being able to insert all kinds of text within the design that I am working on online, each of the tools that this platform offered me really helped me a lot to build a very potential design tool. Another of the things that I liked within this platform is that when I have completed the preparation and editing of a design, the platform allows me to download that design in different resolutions, as well as it allows me to modify the quality in which I go to download that design, so this is fantastic because if I need a low quality for that design, I can buy it immediately, also, if I have created some kind of logo and want to use it as a Favicon, I can download the small design. Another of the features that I liked about this platform is that it also has a video editing tool, I can easily create an interactive video, it has all the necessary tools to modify the audio of a video, modify each section of a video, combine videos, render a video and many more things, really the video editing within this platform is very complete, in addition, I liked what this platform also allows you to design all kinds of presentations or slides, this tool is quite beneficial for us since we can create a presentation and incorporate an innovative design with the use of templates offered by this platform.

Negative: I have not presented any type of problem while using this platform, this tool for editing images, creating slideshows and creating interactive images has behaved excellently and has allowed us to enhance the general design of many banners and images for our company. especially to be used for advertising campaigns.
