    Summary: Bad service, expensive. There are much better cloud mining companies that offer better support where you can make a profit.

    Positive: There are no pros! Genesis Mining has very bad support. Even if the say support times are up, you have to wait for months if they even get back. A real no go!

    Negative: Bad support and not profitable at all. Overall you will lose money while mining.
