Gen GST Software is that it covers all the essential GST returns, like GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-9, etc., which are crucial for businesses. The reporting features are also trustworthy.

Negative: There is no doubt about the effectiveness of Gen GST software, but it has limited advanced features for big businesses.

Positive: The return filing process is so much easier with Gen-GST software. Honestly, I have been using it for a while now. The user interface is simple, and I didn’t have to spend any hours. With Gen GST software, my CA team can easily upload data, file (GSTR-9) annual and (GSTR-9C) audit returns, and even check ITC mismatches with just a few clicks. The reconciliation feature is a big relief, as it quickly shows where invoices are missing or mismatched. The software gets frequent updates, so I don’t have to worry about missing any new GST rules.

Negative: Gen GST, the heavy data processing can slow it down during peak filing times.

Moreover, I am thankful to Mr. Amit Gupta and his support team for their continuous readiness to assist with any technical issues.

Negative: GSTR-7 and GSTR-8 Filing Missing
Data update is slow when integrating with other software

Positive: I have been using SAG Infotech's Gen GST software for tax compliance for the last 3 years. It makes my GST filing easy, and faster and reduces the work burden. With GenGST, my CA team makes secure payments for clients, performs tax calculations, and files returns. I like its customised option which can generate a custom report as per need.

Negative: Overall, the software is better than others but the some messing features as follows:

1. GTSR-7 and 8 filings missing
2. GSP Feature is Missing
3. If the Issue is in the GST portal, The software stops working
