Summary: I use now Gs RichCopy 360 to automate and schedule my backups, it works to move files from windows server 2016 to Azur blob in direct method. It is very easy and robust than Robocopy which I find it hard to use and lack for some features.

Positive: I can schedule my backups, I can make it run automatically in particular time, I can move files from windows server to cloud, it is easy to use and to install, and it has a lot of features.

Negative: All features of the tool is great and easy to use, I have no problems with it.

Summary: I and my colleague were tasked to copy files between 2 servers, we didn't know how, but we finally found Gs Richcopy which helped us a lot.

Positive: I like its interface.
I like that it is very easy.
I like it can schedule the copy jobs.
I like that it is faster than the Windows copier.
I like its Support fast response.

Negative: No problems found , the tools explain it self.

Summary: GS RichCopy is a powerful file copy utility that I have found extremely useful for copying large files across different networks and files with long pathnames. As someone who regularly needs to transfer huge files between office and home networks, I was struggling with the built-in Windows copy tool which was slow and often failed on large transfers. That's when I discovered Gs Richcopy.
Gs Richcopy really shone was its ability to handle large file copies across different networks seamlessly. We regularly need to transfer multi-gigabyte video files between my office and home PC over the internet - a task that was painfully slow and prone to failure using the native Windows copy tool. With Gs Richcopy, these same large files would copy up to 5 times faster while ensuring reliability. It also had no issues with copying files with insanely long path names, something the standard tool frequently choked on.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 Standard allows users to specify file and folder filters, enabling them to selectively replicate only the desired data. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with large file structures, as it helps save time and storage space.

It offers bandwidth throttling ,so users can set limits on the amount of network bandwidth the software can utilize during the replication process, ensuring that other critical tasks are not affected.

And finally I love that it offers email notification capabilities, allowing users to receive updates and reports regarding the replication status. This feature ensures that users stay informed even when they are not actively monitoring the replication process.

Negative: The Standard edition supports copy to Azure blob but not supports copy from Azure blob.

Summary: Having software like GS RichCopy 360 Standard, we don't really have to do any manual tracking. It takes care of comparing and we just have to choose what actions need to be taken. Saves a lot of time and makes the whole backup process easy.

Positive: Every feature we would dream about was here - flexibility features, great support, allows file replication between servers in different networks through schedule jobs, updates the most recent files, checksum comparison, easy interface that provides a lot of info, multi-stream copy and its price is extremely handy.

Negative: Really nothing and it works fine on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Summary: If you are looking for a tool that does what you need for your backups, this is a tried and tested tool which available on pretty much any Windows platform. Overall, it is the greatest software that I have used in 3 years.

Positive: The interface is powerful for previewing changes before actually execute them. Works fine on Windows without any problems. Very easy and no need to take much time to understand.

Negative: Too many available features that I don't use in my files transfer like cloud features, I am just a person who syncs from PC to PC in the same place.

Summary: Data backup and data replication are easy with GS RichCopy 360. The support team is the Saviour of the hour, they were always in rescue when needed and It works easy with NAS devices / windows servers.

Positive: Easy tool, good support team, integrates well with all my NAS devices, precise control of when and what gets backed up and has the ability to detect file changes on NAS/local drives and copy it.

Negative: Nothing bad about this software, it has an excellent support team as a backup.

Summary: Looking for to move large backups (videos and documents) from my computer (Windows 10) to flash drives and backup disk. this tool running very well to backup and save files easy to the destination.
I recommend standard GS to anyone that has to move large files from one place to another.

Positive: Faster than the windows copier and easy to implement . With this program you can automatically schedule the backups and perfect for saving time when backing up files by copying only the files that have changed since the last backup to the backup drive.

Negative: Actually no cons, it works just fine.

Summary: I use GS RichCopy 360 on a daily basis to backup network drives to Windows Server in a remote place.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 is pretty straightforward which provides a variety of features that can be utilized by any user and also the ability to backup SQL database is the biggest benefit to me.

Negative: There is no really anything disliked about in this app.

Summary: I've been using Gs RichCopy 360 for years and I have every confidence in it's reliability. And the new version has all what I was searching for in the other products and in the old version.

Positive: Long path name support, well designed, robustly documented, and has ability to schedule backups to multiple destination drives and folders.
No headache.

Negative: None observed at the last year with the new version.

Summary: Using this Gs RichCopy 360 with the built in scheduler and it works very well now for several years and it has the ability to detect file changes on NAS, Laptops and SharePoint service so everything is backed up nearly instantly.

Positive: Gs RichCopy 360 is very powerful and accurate , multiple Synchronisation or backup jobs can be created , Also it is reasonably priced and the the interface is great.

Negative: Some of the jobs can be kind of complicated to setup.

Summary: During migrating to OneDrive we detected that OneDrive is unable to copy long path names and this is stopping the syncing of OneDrive agent.
We were hoping to find something cheaper, and we found GS RichCopy 360, it worked fine and their support was quick to respond.

Positive: The support agents are quick and helpful, the tools is easy to use and has a nice interface.
The tool supports OneDrive and other clouds if we will need to copy to one of it in the future like SharePoint Online and AWS, and it has an excellent feature to copy the newer files only.

Negative: Nothing, the tool is great and up to date, hope you keep up the good work.

Summary: The Gs Richcopy 360 is very useful and easy to back up nightly to NAS devices in remote offices, it allows us to backup files or mirror to multiple devices and allows for in-depth and accurate backups.

Positive: Gs Richcopy 360 is very dependable and it has a loads of options and the The scheduling feature is really handy.

Negative: No noticed problems and maybe the "byte level replication " feature needs to have more clarification by via more videos.

Summary: I had been looking for something like this, to backups my files automatically. It backed up 1TB drive in a few minutes so I highly recommend it to others interested in syncing across laptops and computers.

Positive: Besides it has a helpful customer service, it works straightforward, flexibly, and It’s saves me tons of time backing up drives manually.

Negative: Unfortunately they do not have a portable utility.
