Summary: Terrible - as soon as it started deleting important emails, i closed the account. My Outlook has still not recovered, much slower that it was.
Positive: It connected directly to Office 365, so nothing running on my machine. I wasn't running it long enough to test anything due to all the problems.
Negative: Deletes random emails (in my case, important had to ask them to resend emails), tech support will not help you with anything the system deletes or changes. Drastically slows down Outlook, almost unusable.

It works pretty well but there's almost no tech support. Date: Mar 20 2025
Summary: Overall, I like the product but wish there was more easily accessible support. I have been frustrated every time I have a question and hopefully, this company grows and adds more people. I'd still recommend the product but it requires patience.
Positive: This product actually sorts email into useful categories (gmail labels) and drafts responses that usually require minor tweaks before I send. It also recognizes emails that ask about availability and will provide email links with proposed dates and times for easier scheduling. I also tested and like (but will probably hardly use) the meeting note taker. It joins video conferences and takes pretty good notes and summaries.
Negative: Some email is sorted incorrectly and I cannot figure out how to instruct the app to re-categorize. Tech support is only by email and never less than a few hours between responses. Earlier, this week, they introduced a new feature (having to do with the calendar) that required me to delete the calendar association and re-install it. I got two different sets of instructions from two different agents over the course of 48 hours, and in the end, the 2nd agent's instructions caused me to have to start over like a new user. It was very frustrating.
