Summary: I think 4 because they still lack many features. they added trading central, but that has some conditions as well. I think they need to reanimate their blog and add some market overviews, or some kind of analytical help for traders. Been here for like 2 years, and the conditions are solid for all this time, but features kinda stayed the same.

Positive: Its a simple broker and that is the biggest pro for me, no headaches with accounts or in members area, you know what to choose and how to access their services.

Negative: I think they need to have more withdrawal options as well, right now the list is limited.

Summary: I keep it always classic, no need for ecn account in my opinion. In ecn I would need to pay for commissions, but I much rather have it at zero, which classic account offers. Yeah I still pay for spreads, but they not that big, only about 1.8 pips for fx majors during normal market conditions.

Positive: Fees and the overall ease of trading with them. For fees it’s kinda obvious, they are low, but with the usability it’s different. I had one terrible experience with one broker that I don’t want to name, but every time they were requesting documents, asking bunch of questions like I’m taking an exam and the processes were taking like no joke 2 weeks. The same processes here are way quicker and don’t get disturbed with questions.

Negative: No big cons that interfere with trading, only I think they are outdated a bit. MT4 might already be updated to MT5, but have no issues with it.

Summary: Satisfied with broker’s main job. Maybe not the cheapest broker but reliable. I’ve made many withdrawals, up to 1k to believe them.

Positive: The work of trading service. Execution that is hard to nitpick about. Slippage never happened, nor the requotes. I could be sure that orders are executed on the entered price and limit orders triggered on accurate levels.

Negative: Spreads on standard account is not mid. Frankly expected something around 0.7-1 for eurusd in the London session. The actual numbers were higher than my expectations. Paying commissions on ecn account, while having spreads close to zero, wasn’t the option

Summary: Regarding my experience, I can say everything is pretty good here. I’m focused on trading in the stock market. Luckily, Fxcess offers a wide range of shares for trading.

Positive: I was using high leverage for a long period of time during all my trading journey but couldn’t understand why every time I was losing my money. Then I read their article “How Excessive Leverage Can Lead to Significant Losses in Forex?” in the blog section, and ya know what?! It literally blew my mind, the way they explained all the nuances of using high leverage changed my mind by 180 degrees. Now I started trading with more tight risk management and I don’t lose profits anymore.

Negative: Yeah, their blog section is good but it seems they could improve something in their educational content. For example, they can add video lessons or start holding online webinars every week. I’m pretty sure it will add points to their reputation.

Summary: Yeah, I'm not going to lie. I was disappointed by the lack of MetaTrader 5. Nonetheless, their bonuses are among the most generous I’ve ever seen in brokerage firms. Thanks to this, my trading start was successful.

Positive: They offer only two trading accounts but this is exactly what everyone needs. Both are perfect, anyway, I opened a classic account. It doesn’t charge commissions for trading, spreads are fair enough, not wide and not tight. I’ve been trading on the forex for over 8 months now and so far so good. Not gonna lie, their lavish bonuses helped me a lot when I was at the beginning of my trading career.

Negative: Fxcess is a BIG broker and I can’t understand why they can’t afford to offer the MetaTrader 5 plugin. I mean it’s a shame for them. They should create their proprietary trading platform or add the MT5, if they don’t want to lose their authority in the industry.

Summary: In general, it's a pretty solid trading service and platform for making some side-hustle trades. Normal…

Positive: Their customer support is indeed prompt and never fails to answer or solve any of my questions.

Negative: A little bit of a lack of educational and analytical resources
