You can overlay documents onto the video, including text, images, web pages, or interactive maps, and control their timing and visibility. The platform facilitates the creation of non-linear networks of video segments, known as Hypervideos, which users can navigate freely. You can enhance the viewing experience by integrating supplemental materials at designated timestamps and comparing these with user-generated annotation timelines. To ensure that FrameTrail remains accessible for everyone to install, customize, and expand, we have chosen to implement straightforward technology and self-sufficient file formats, without the need for a database.
