Summary: Very positive. I have been using the FotoFinish app for the past 2-3 years, and it is a great tool to manage what is happening at our clients stores/branches.

Positive: Easy to use, our franchisees get to use it often and no major issues have occurred with the app so far.

Negative: Besides pictures quality (sometimes), I cannot find any so far.

Summary: Overall I don't mind it, only wish it was a little faster and the confirmation bar popups didn't come up in the right upper corner.

Positive: I find the program easy to navigate through the program, the displace is readable. It helps to check in on sites when unable to attend in person.

Negative: it is slow, and when accepting or rejecting any of the pictures the confirmations come up over the arrows to move on to the next one, which causes another delay.

Summary: Too early to complain. Easy login. Rarely crashes. Admin site is basic. Would like admin features through the app.

Positive: So far so good. Straight forward. Easy to use. The admin site is decent. Good search features. Clean interface.

Negative: Would like to see an admin app or at least access to the admin aide through the phone app.

Summary: App is good overall.
I would highly recommend it to be used regularly.
just that sometimes reports are uploaded and then users are stuck when they are not sure on what steps to follow next.

Positive: Easy and user friendly. Quite helpful to check out and investigate on reports on daily basis. Quite detailed overall.

Negative: Sometimes too many photos and image resolution is not very clear.
Maybe we can add a feature to edit and colour and circle/star/underline some images.

Summary: Great overall product to show our client the work that has been completed. As mentioned previously the APP is easy to use and navigate.

Positive: The APP is easy to download and once logged in is extremely easy to use and navigate. Overall a great tool to have.

Negative: Submission of FotoFinish can sometimes be tricky due to the connectivity.

Summary: Overall this is an excellent product. Allows me to review site conditions without actually having to travel there. Saves time, you can see which sites may have some opportunities with the cleaning. You can then focus on correcting the issues at the troubled locations instead of traveling to a location that does not have any issues.

Positive: I am a Regional Coordinator that is responsible for 2 provinces. Due to the large geography of my region, I cannot visit all of my locations on a regular basis. FotoFinish allows me to review my locations daily to look for any deficiencies or opportunities after a cleaning report has been submitted. It gives me a general idea of how the location looks without having to be there. Being able to select different areas of the site helps to ensure all areas are cleaned on a regular basis.

Negative: If there isn't any wi-fi to connect to at the location you will probably need some data on your phone in order to submit the report. The app works great when connected to a strong wi-fi signal or data. You can save the report to the phone and send once connected to wi-fi.

Summary: FotoFinish is great... gives you full visibility on all your sites, all the time!!

Easy to use, easy to navigate inside the app.

Positive: I like being able to view a location everyday, without actually having to travel there or be there.

Negative: There is nothing that I don't like about FotoFinish.

Summary: This program allows me to capture the activities at multiple locations on a daily basis, review the work performed on site and focus my team on areas that require attention. This is a timesaver! In my industry it is also of the utmost importance to have proof of your activities with the real time capture of data I can validate services that happen not just today but last year if requested.

Positive: Validation, data is in real time and stored for future reference. The program is easy to navigate and you can extract content to customize reports that meet the requirements of the user.

Negative: It would be advantageous to have the ability to save personalized reports within the program as apposed to extracting the data.

Summary: We are a medium sized retail chain of stores and are always wary of adopting new processes. FotoFinish not only was it simple and quickly adopted by everyone involved, it started to change the cleaning culture in the organization. It's a constant reminder to everyone that having clean stores and sites is critical for our customers and the success of our company.

Positive: The FotoFinish app and overall automated supervision process solved my issue of inconsistent cleaning across my network of sites that I supervise.

Negative: Takes a few days to setup but it's flexible enough to let you adjust as you go.
