ProCare, Fosber’s computer-based diagnostic and maintenance system, is a comprehensive tool for maintaining and diagnosing machines. The program uses a fixed console with a tablet to display machine procedures and advanced data.

The maintenance intervals will be flagged automatically based on the time period (example : weekly), the amount of product produced (example : lineal feet), or number of sequences (example : cuts made). The system tracks upcoming and completed items of maintenance and demonstrates the relevant step-bystep procedures using easy-to-follow video and instructional photos. The ProCare System is modular, flexible and expandable. It can be configured according to the needs of each plant.
