Message Delivery Failure Date: Mar 14 2023
Summary: Terrible, frustrating, annoying and agitated! If you did not need to see your Provider, you will after using this software. But, they will never know because of the "Message Delivery Failure"!
Positive: Nothing. If you want your patients to think that you are incompetent and cheap, then this is the software program for you!
Negative: Every time I try to contact my provider through the portal I get a "Message Delivery Failure". I have told them a few times, that what ever they paid for this software was too much. Why would I trust them with my medical data, if they cannot even send a email! If you have two different Providers using the same software, you never get the one that you wanted and there is no easy way to navigate to their site. You have to request permission from that Provider to gain access again. Only to get a "Message Delivery Failure" when you try to contact them! You would have better luck contacting your Provider using the USPS!
