Negative: A lot of features we don't use, but you can disable them.

Summary: Comprehensive system for tracking performance key metrics in the education sector. Learning Hub is very helpful.

Positive: We use FlowyTeam for tracking the key metrics for our students. Students can watch performance videos to close skill gaps.

Negative: Good software for our purposes, Tasks and Projects need be explored by our team.

Summary: A very good performance management system, especially ticket support system. KPI and OKR modules I can recommend.

Positive: Love the supporting tickets for customer requests and turning tickets into tasks. Also KPI dashboards are very easy to monitor.

Negative: Integration with Shopify would be beneficial, love support of FlowyTeam.

Positive: We have more transparency and clarity for our teams for company strategies via OKRs and KPIs, very satisfied.

Negative: We need more guidance on how to use the tools correctly, but they have great support videos.

Summary: Overall we like the team engagement option to thrive up team motivation. We are satisfied with FlowyTeam and want to add more employees to the system.

Positive: Like the possibility to increase team engagement and team activities, our motivation in the team went up.

Negative: Maybe more integration to Slack and Microsoft Teams would be a benefit.
