Summary: Overall, the main reason I continue to use it is because it would be such a pain to switch. And that's the way I feel about it.

Positive: The software is very good at capturing most of the information you need to process an order. It is also very good at giving you information about repeat customers.

Negative: The UX is clumsy. I could go into details, but the main thing is that because of the layout of the screen and their peculiar logic for taking orders, it is quite challenging to talk to a customer on the phone and take an order on the fly. Fly. Good at data entry. I'm good at talking on the phone. But I struggle with this software. Also, the reports that it generates are not wonderful, and while it handles accounts receivable, there is no accounts payable module.

Summary: Overall if you are looking to save money and earn more money, run your shop more efficiently and keep organized during the busy holidays. Floranext floral software is the answer for you!

Positive: Floranext has been a game changer for our business! We have been with another company for years and we were tired of all the fees and the clunky software.

With Floranext we only pay one monthly fee and the software is so advanced but its really easy for not only me but the staff to use.

The subscription flowers feature has increased our orders. The delivery drive app has made deliveries more efficient, and the over all system has made my life a lot easier when running a business.

The boarding process was so easy and if we have any questions the support team is there to answer them.

Negative: I have to say no cons with Floranext - we have been with them for almost two years now!
