    Summary: We are extremely happy (so far) with this software and completely recommend it, support is available and quick, and we don't have to pay extra for it. And you get a discount if you get their merchant processing.

    Positive: The user interface is the easiest and looks amazing on every device cause its cloud based, love the ability to be able to assigned project manager(s) to jobs and they all get notifications, also ability to tag staff in comments and tasks.
    Customizable menu, and even labels.
    There is built in tour guide so it's very helpful, ability to apply customer credit and apply payment to multiple invoices,
    and the savings were just the cherry on top.

    Negative: The b2b is not ready, but we we saw the beta and it's looking good, however we are able to import the excel. they said in 3-5 weeks.

    Summary: Honestly we have used at least 3 of the "major" softwares out there, this really just stands out on many levels, I believe this is the future of flooring software.

    Positive: Easy to use, and very well thought of, the ability to do everything within the software is just amazing, scheduling and assigning measurements done instantly from a mobile or tablet (with images), my stales team now have all their emails integrated, so all of our business communication is in the system and not in a 3rd party email app, test messaging and calling happens from the software, we just started using it 2 weeks a go and can't wait to utilize all the features.

    Negative: At 1stnit feels overwhelming, because of all the things this softwarenis capable of doing, but once you get used to the menu and flow, it all makes perfect sense and support was hands on all the way.
