Summary: I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and I was happy with the subscription price! It was an easy setup and worked for my project perfectly.

Positive: As a graphic designer for a small private school, I have started putting many of my brochures and annual reports in electronic format for our school community. I have used other software, but ran into issues with our subscription and getting a response from customer service. During quarantine, I was in a bind and needed to find a new flip book software fast- I came across flipsnack, read the reviews and purchased it. It worked perfectly for my project at a fraction of what we were paying for the other software. We had to create an online auction catalog since our event was cancelled due to COVID 19. The auction company raves about our catalog and even used it as an example on their website. I would highly recommend Flipsnack for graphic designers out there.

Negative: It did not have as many backgrounds and themes as the previous software.

Summary: We are extremely satisfied with Flipsnack and can't wait to explore and learn more about Flipsnack's design features.

Positive: The ease of use and versatility of this program has allow us to create interactive versions of our publications which has increased the customer engagement with our product.

Negative: I have not found any cons in this product. Thus far all we have found in Flipsnack are benefits.

Summary: Overall it's ok as I am using in our school for sharing teaching materials among teachers, students and administrations.

Positive: I find Flipsnack a digital plat farm to replace different pager work by transferring into digital. educators, teachers, students, industrialist, organizations, and individuals all can use it to benefit.

Negative: During the use of this platform I find nothing that is not ok. I have been using it since few weeks.

Summary: I started as a free trial and worked for a week on a catalogue, after having a bug, the support team managed to solve the problem and I will definitely get a premium account and do my work here.

Positive: Great platform, easy to use, good overview and very user-friendly. The support team is also great!!!

Negative: Maybe you could add some extra features like an auto-footer option or automatic page numbering and more shapes.

Summary: I enjoyed a lot! I love books, and making my school projects in this format is really wonderful!

Positive: I use for the first time a Flipbook maker, and I was so happy that is really free ! I enjoy making my flipbooks, tools and features are so great. It's very intuitive to use, and there's a very big choice - even for the free version.

The team is so helpful, and they really try to solve our problem(s). The answer is very quick, in spite of the quarantine.
I really recommend this platform.

Negative: I have a problem with downloading my flipbook on the free version, but it's solving.

Positive: I like the ability to make both a custom magazine and a pdf uploaded flipbook. Easy to use with lot of available photos.

Negative: It was hard to tell if people reading the books can read the print, but I think they can magnify?

Summary: What can I say? Flipsnack is the kind of application you wish all applications were: intuitive, fast, without glitches, and consistent. I always know that my end product will look professional and I can put together PDF books quickly/efficiently. While I've been using Flipsnack for the past couple years, I was made an even stronger customer recently: the fact that they reacted to the pandemic by offering free classroom accounts for teachers shows that not only is their product great, but the company reacts to needs beyond its own bottom line.

Positive: I LOVE Flipsnack. The interface is intuitive, the results are always professional, and the experience is seamless. It is an easy application for folks either with or without design experience, and it is never glitchy.

Negative: Premium accounts are pricey. I wish that education/non-profit accounts were cheaper (during regular times). I am impressed with the free classroom accounts right now.

Summary: Super easy to use. I love how you can easily add .pdf's to the document and add, edit, delete documents. Anyone can use it for all skill levels.

Positive: When I first signed up I thought I may use this program for one document. But after using it one time, we have been using for so many documents for our business.

Negative: Haven't figure out a way to change the Table of Contents, but could be user error.

Summary: I do recommend this website - the pricing is fair, the digital catalogues are beautiful etc. and again, the customer service perfect.

Positive: The customer service is very helpful, I never saw something like this before. They are nice , quick, easy to understand and they have a really good sense of humor.

Negative: You need to get used to the website, click a little bit everywhere etc.... I don't have the patience but it is worth it to take the time.

Summary: A simple and effective site! The staff were very helpful and supported with any queries or difficulties.

Positive: I was able to 'publish' books for children at school and share them with the children and parents. A very helpful and supportive team.

Negative: Nothing! The site works really effectively and is very simple to use and to navigate.

Summary: Fabulous product, amazing customer service. Real people, answering questions quickly, and willing to go an extra mile to help out.

Positive: The resulting creation - book, presentation, etc. - is just beautiful and offers so many options for viewing, sharing, downloading, printing, etc.

Negative: Little bit of a learning curve to figure out where to find all the features.

Summary: During this time when many teaching staff have been thrust into what can often be an overwhelming 'tech' jungle, this products simplicity encourages them to keep trying new things. Being able to produce beautiful resource materials quickly and painlessly has certainly made a difference to my staff.

Positive: This product is seriously so simple to use and yet it produces such amazing results.

Negative: Not a thing - now that I have an EDU account. This will allow me to produce more resources and not have to delete the old ones :)

Negative: Nothing at all. Everything was great. I cannot think of any.

Summary: Great customer service, and user friendly! They respond to questions quickly, and have stepped up to provide solutions to educators during the epidemic.

Positive: Gave situational teacher benefits to help during COVID crisis.

Negative: I have not found any cons since they offered me a free crisis trial due to COVID. If they hadn't, it would have been price, because as a teacher I would be pulling from my own paycheck, however as I said they solved this, so there are no cons.

Summary: I enjoyed Flipsnack a lot. I intend to use it in my company and now with my students. That's a very nice tool for improving learning, because it is easy to use and it gathers all together many different sources of media (videos, links etc).

Positive: Easy to use, great performance on creating presentations. The options are easy to find on the available menus.

Negative: The font list is regular. Some of them are not good for readers. When we are changing fonts, our last choice is not set at the top of the list.

COLORS: Sometimes it is difficult to find easily the color we want. White, for example, is not on the main menu.
