Summary: My overall experience is great and I would love to see more stores using this app!

Positive: I love it because it gives me the opportunity to get points off my purchases at my favorite store. I also love how it gives the location and phone number of the store in the area using Five Stars

Negative: There is nothing that I don’t like about this app.

Summary: Truly amazing in regards to my local brewery Big Beaver Brewing AND cider.

Positive: Consistent, quick notifications whether it's points or promotions or events. Great service always. Currently trying to attract more local businesses to the Fivestars way of life here in Loveland, CO. Thanks!

Negative: Would like more restaurants in the area to work with Fivestars. Working on that but it's difficult because most already have their own points system.

Summary: Overall, i will use fivestar anywhere that offers it

Positive: I love loyalty programs, whether it's a punchcard or something digital like this. Gives me an extra perk for supporting local businesses

Negative: Not 100% sure if i can find my points status online. That would be a plus

Summary: When I walk into a business and see that they have a five star tablet I don’t really think much of it but you better believe I’m gonna sign up because who doesn’t love getting little rewards every now and then just for going places you were already planning to go to begin with. Seems fool proof to me and I haven’t regret putting my number in nor have a I received any phone calls or anything so my info feels safe. Thanks!

Positive: The free rewards aspect is what keeps me putting my number in.

Negative: Not me personally but people might be turned off by having to put their phone number in?

Summary: its great . I love this product and I love shopping place where It is utilized

Positive: keeps track of all purchases and points . I like that is up to the company to set up there point system

Negative: Not very many people have a key phob machine and I feel that is easier

Summary: Been going to Mickey's for 40 some years. My boys love it too. Always get your pizza when family comes from out off town.

Positive: The great choices of pizza, subs and soup. Not to mention the great salads.

Negative: It would be great if your open hours would be later, like 10 PM. other than that, no cons.

Summary: Staff was friendly. We went at a not busy time so we were able to sit and relax! It was great!

Positive: We like the flavor variety at the Orange Leaf. They have common flavors people would like, want to eat and different ones people might never think of putting together but that actually taste good! I like the cleaniness at Orange Leaf. The staff is always friendly.

Negative: Sometimes it's so busy we can hardly find a parking spot because everyone likes going there!

Summary: I like the people and the atmosphere .It is always clean and nice and the staff are always friendly and nice

Positive: The people who work there are very nice and they are always asking me if I need anything

Negative: Not winning much but otherwise there are no cons. I enjoy going there

Summary: Love it easy to use if ok with technology or ohones

Positive: Informs me when i have discounts and when they expire

Negative: Only con really is that it requires a smart phone to use

Summary: The overall experience that I have a Smallcakes Is above and beyond with customer service. Every hostess has a wonderful personality and cleanliness about the way they conduct their business.

Positive: Hello my name is Steven. I go to Smallcakes once in a while to pick up fresh cupcakes they are the most delicious moist tantalizing tasty cupcake with a variety of flavors that I have ever come up on. It seems as though every time I come in there the offers a free cupcakes always pops up my phone once I’ve left which in turn leads me to go back again and again find by me with all the different varieties and the specials I have no problem picking different types.

Negative: The only problem that I have is that my wife considers me the devil because once I come back from Smallcakes I normally get a half dozen and she said I shouldn’t bring those into the house because they’re irresistible. I don’t want to be considered the devil But those cupcakes are so tempting. Beware!!!!

Summary: My overall experience was great. I love when I go to a place and they have the Fivestars pad.

Positive: I love that when I put in my phone number I don't just get deals for the place that I'm at, but I also get deals for businesses that are nearby. And who doesn't love free things?! I know I do.

Negative: There is nothing that I don't like about it. I only have positive things to say.

Summary: Loves it. Like I said free things are great and the coupons are great

Positive: Many different stores subscribe to this so I don't have to have all these stamp cards

Negative: App would be better, I just use my phone number and receive texts. No reason to use the app yet

Summary: Overall I would recommend this app to my family and friends.

Positive: It’s quick and easy to use. Anytime you go to one of the locations it’ll send you a message to remind you to use the app. And you can redeem perks at many locations .

Negative: Sometimes it’s hard to see you locations info and perks when you aren’t there.

Summary: It's fun being rewarded for my overall shopping experiences. It saves me money on the purchases for my big family.

Positive: I absolutely love earning points everytime I make purchases. I love how the points add up to percentage off when I need it the most.

Negative: There are no cons to this rewards program. It would be great if more stores would invest in fivestars.

Summary: Always great! Nothing is easier than Fivestar and saving money is the best!

Positive: I love seeing a Fivestar box when I go into an establishment! Its like an exciting little lottery win. I know I'll get personal service and I really enjoy seeing my points and rewards add up. I am more likely to give them repeat business when I see the box!

Negative: Nothing. The ease of access is great and I love finding new places through Fivestar.
