Summary: Poor customer support. Sorry no customer support. Customer is available only for fund transfer to the developer account.
Not fully supporting regional languages.
No training provided for end users.
Receipts are not working.
Software used to get closed on its own.
Developer not having any employees so always says, today, tomorrow...Positive: Lots of good features but none working successfully. All under development phase. Can be used once software is fully developed and if customer support, user manual or any training provided.
Negative: The developer only install the software through Anydesk after full payment. We have to be well educated to understand software and use it without any help from software developer. They don't have any user manual, no training for for users, no onsite visit or any employee to help and rectify the issues. Software also has a lot of issues it is not fully functional. He used to say that software supports regional languages, but lots of error used to come in regional languages.

Mainly he won't pick the phone if u report any issues. Sometime s it shows that the developer itself not having full idea about the software.
