Summary: We've researched a lot of DAMs but couldn't justify most of their pricing especially because of many charges per seat. FileCamp comes with unlimited users in all plans. Furthermore, I've seen continuous improvement since signing up with them, which tells me they're listening and investing in their product.

Positive: I'll highly recommend FileCamp for all marketers interested in better management and control of your company media files.

Especially, I like the ability to easily create multiple bespoke portals for our clients. They are all really impressed when they access the files we create for them in their "own" environment. It's all very user-friendly where finding files is easy. The cost of ownership is good, compared to other DAM solutions.

Negative: We would love to have FileCamp better integrated with our InDesign workflow. Right now it's not integrated at all and we only use Filecamp to share final and approved artwork.

Summary: Overall a good product that we have used for a few years now. It would be great if they could make it so you can delete one item at a time from the trash/deleted items folder!

Positive: Useful for storing all of your media. It's helpful to be able to add different users and give them each different permissions. The support team are very good.

Negative: It is very frustrating that you cannot delete one item at a time from the trash/deleted items folder.
