    Summary: Just a solid tool that is always in my software utility toolbelt. Dependable and easy to use. Accept no substitutes.

    Positive: 1) Pricing. No subscriptions. Fixed low price ($19.95 lifetime license).
    2) Consistent behaviour through generations of versions - no UI suprises.
    3) Been around for years
    4) Very configurable hotkeys, etc.
    5) Built in, post-capture, full window editor.
    6) Stable product.

    Negative: 6) Build a MacOS version PLEASE!!
    7) Take a hard, hard look at MacOS's built in screen capture tool. This is the gold standard. Now build in the post-capture, full window editor. Port to MacOS and Windows. Now we are cooking.
