Summary: Poor customer service!
By eliminating the mobile application inhibits many in the ability to make special contributions or adjustments without the use of an iPad or laptop. Since I no longer have these available I must seek the help of others.Positive: Useful when mobile application available.
I am 83 and have used Faithdirect for many years.
Management is short sighted by eliminating their mobile application.
This has stymied my special contributions since I cannot use my iPhone and must seek help from others with iPad or laptop.
