Summary: I traded for some time here, and this is a platform that delivers on its promises. Which is already a good think. It’s good for you only if you love trading on mt4

Positive: The platform doesn’t crash, at all. This was a good start. Choosing mt4 as main trading engine proved to be the right choice

Negative: The webtrader was a bit slower compared to desktop version. I tested it, trust me :)

Summary: Not gonna lie, the interface is outdated on the platform, those who got used to modern interface might find it like a strong downfall. Pricing for using the VPS server also might not seem great, but in general the broker is good and has more advantages than disadvantages.

Positive: I created my own trading robot by watching tutorials on YouTube and implemented this tool into the MT4. The process of unpacking files on the desktop was easy peasy. It's funny that if you turn on the robot, it starts to smile, but if you turn it off, it doesn't smile. Then I needed to find a solution on how to make a robot to trade around the clock without glitches.
That’s how I stumbled upon FXGiants, I found out that they offer the VPS server at beneficial conditions. I had a deposit of more than $5000 and I had a bonus that I didn’t need to pay anything for using the VPS monthly. So far my robot is working pretty well and already made a profit of $600 in less than 3 weeks.

Negative: I think they should add more benefits for those who are using VPS servers, they will motivate other traders to use algorithmic trading. Offering free use isn’t enough in my opinion.

Summary: It’s a cool platform and trying it out would not be a loss as I believe with more practice yields better results

Positive: It’s so easy to work with this platform as the design is friendly. The support is also great and always available when I need it

Negative: Some things don’t go well like the trading conditions but i’m using the free trial

Summary: Sure, there is not much of anything, in terms of variety. You either like their one platform and major CFD assets, or go somewhere else. I could be patient for the sake of convenience, taking into account the fact that the platform was easy to trade on and what I wanted to trade, I found there.

Positive: Seems that this broker has built a convenient, headache free trading environment. I like that I didn’t spend much time getting used to trading with them, and neither have any difficulties at any step.

Negative: Lack of some assets and platform. The choices demand to be expanded.

Summary: I have used this platform for 6 months now and iIt’s a great broker with reliable services that are very qualitative. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Positive: I have had a good experience with the customer service and the trading conditions provided by this platform also helps to gives me the results I want.

Negative: There is not much information on the website which can be discouraging.

Summary: Long-time user, and most of the time thankfully is spent in the trading platform, which is developed by another company, so the UI is much better.

Positive: Out of similar brokers (they all even have similar sites in red-white), this has the most features.
The support is high quality, at least compared to the rest.

Negative: Design of the website I hate, its boomer-ish. Fortunately don't have to see it a lot.

Summary: Overall, my trading experience with them was solid, especially the cost-effectiveness and reliability of this broker, because I usually open my trades every day.

Positive: I like that this broker provides the futures and shares of assets, that's a rare combination in the industry. Furthermore, the same versatility, FXGiants offer in their account types, whatever type of trader you are, you can find the suitable one

Negative: The major drawback is lack of alternatives to MT4 platform. Yes, they provide VPS hosting and mobile version of it, but still, modern times require modern solutions.

Summary: As a whole, I like my cooperation with FXGiants. It has been for more than 2 years with them and my AI algorithm works quite finely.

Positive: I remember when I needed to find a broker which had the VPS server. The situation was tough since it was impossible to find such a broker. I got an AI trading algorithm and it had to work around the clock to be successful in trading results.
After long searches, I found the FXGiants broker unintentionally, by sheer luck, it turned out that they offer a free VPS server for customers with certain conditions.

Negative: I didn’t like that they require a minimum deposit of $5000 to get a free vps server since it’s too high in my opinion. It would be great if they reduce the threshold of minimum deposit to $2000.

Summary: I cannot say that I am one hundred percent satisfied with everything that company has provided me as a client. But I feel that this broker is doing its best to provide me with quality conditions. And I certainly appreciate it.

Positive: I would like to say thank you to the support team for their professional and fast work.
They answered all my questions quickly and gave useful recommendations.
It seems to me that this is exactly how customer care is shown.

Negative: Of course it's great that they have their own mobile app, but I found it simple without a lot of features.

Summary: It’s a broker for traders that know what they want and how they want it. IN short you have to have some knowledge.

Positive: The brokerage stuff here is solid I would say.
The pricing and the execution is way better than at the majority of the forex companies. Maybe I feel like this because I have one of the ECN accounts.

Negative: To pick the right account you have to research the broker since different account types have different assets to trade.
