Extensiv Integration Manager Description

Extensiv Integration Manager, previously known as CartRover, efficiently gathers all orders and converts them into a uniform format, facilitating the effortless operation across various websites and marketplaces. This system automatically forwards the standardized orders to your fulfillment center, shipping software, order management system, or warehouse management system. USING CARTROVER COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN FEES

    Date: Sep 20 2022

Summary: I had been using CartRover to track my inventory between quickbooks and Etsy for nearly 2 years. Everything was fine until I saw a charge from Etsy for almost $2,000 dollars when I would normally be getting a payout for that amount!

Come to find out, CartRover has a flaw in its system where it repeatedly tries to count the inventory to make adjustments for purchases. When integrated with Etsy, if the inventory is sold out, you will get CHARGED a re-listing fee hundreds of times in a day! I was charged nearly 4,000 dollars in fees due to this glitch.

Extremely disappointed that this is even possible to happen. CartRover did not accept responsibility even though it was their systems fault. I do not recommend this company! 0 stars

Positive: CartRover helped me keep track of inventory. It would automatically adjust inventory levels up and down for sales and returns.

Negative: The same software that is used to check inventory levels throughout the day has a glitch that causes sold out products to be charged hundreds of times unless you manually remove that product.
