Summary: If you are looking for a simple to implement, simple to use solution you can count on ExaVault to meet those needs. If you want the bonus feature of a very affordable price then the choice is simple to make - choose ExaVault.

Positive: Ease of setup, variety of methods available to transfer files, simple interface and flexible configurations. Best overall was the very affordable pricing!

Negative: I really cannot think of anything negative. The software does exactly what I expected and more.

Summary: ExaVault lets you deploy FTP accounts with flexible access that works for all types of users. It's nice not to have to be concerned with security since all of it built into ExaVault.

Positive: ExaVault makes it easy to create multiple FTP accounts with custom privileges. Best of all, users never have trouble accessing their folders.

Negative: I wish I could create a user template with all of the settings I use so I don't have to recreate them each time.

Summary: Overall our company likes using ExaVault for the client that we need it for. It works great for more than one person to transfer what we need quickly and efficiently.

Positive: I think it's great software for transferring files quickly between more than one person.

Negative: I don't really have any cons to say about ExaVault.

Summary: Overall the software does exactly what it says it will do and does it well. It is also easy to use. My only really dislike is the pricing. Offering special pricing to nonprofits would be a way to target a specific market.

Positive: What I like most about this is the ease of use. Folder structure is great and, for the most part, intuitive for users. Setup is also easy. And the UI is easy to navigate.

Negative: The ability to share out seems a bit clunky at times and all the features don't always seem to work as expected. The other con I would identify is that the cost is a bit high, particularly for a nonprofit.

Summary: My overall experience with this software has been great. It was a huge upgrade over our last FTP solution.

Positive: I love how simple the software was to setup and start using right away. The system is also a very robust program compared to other Cloud FTP solutions. The API and Webhooks are a huge addition.

Negative: The price increase that happened in 2021. I have no complaints other than cost with this software.

Summary: Great! I think this is a nice tool at a nice price point. It was recommended to me by a colleague. I do enjoy using this tool.

Positive: User friendly; good UX/UI; good customer support; i like the onboarding tools - I don't have to do much beyond entering the credentials of my users.

Negative: Took me a little while to understand all the features.
