Summary: Cannot recommend this company to anyone due to its shady business practices. Advertising and selling lifetime deals and then shutting down our accounts shows you what kind of company they are and how they view their customers.

Positive: Event registration and ticketing. Was a decent company until they screwed over so many people that helped them to grow.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust regarding your decision to close down our lifetime paid accounts and subsequently attempt to coerce us into paying again to access the software. As a long-time supporter and customer who invested in a lifetime subscription that has helped finance your company to grow, I feel betrayed and taken advantage of. Your company's decision to revoke access to services that we have already paid for is not only unjustifiable but also reprehensible. Summary: Overall it's a good tool and works well. Like how you can embed on your own site to keep branding on your company.

Positive: Super easy to set up and configure tickets for any type of event. Plus easily integrate payment and email systems.

Negative: The interface is a little tricky so I think they could make it easier.
