Escapees has not lived up to its promises
Date: Dec 19 2023Summary: Having a legal address in Florida that does not actually work as a domicile, and a mailing address that is in Texas, has created nothing but financial and legal headaches for us .I really have nothing but bad feelings and once our yearly membership is over I’m done.
Positive: The people that answer the phone are friendly.
Negative: We’ve been using Escapees for almost a year and have had nothing but headaches. The promised physical address for domicile does not work for anything legal we’ve needed to do. The driver’s license and tag office have a policy letter specifically stating that they do not accept that address. We’ve struggled with the same issues with banks, Verizon, credit card companies, health insurance, medicare, and buying a new truck. It takes forever to view what little mail we still get, and longer when we need to have it sent to us.
