Positive: Ergonode has been a game-changer for a Global Senior Merch Manager working across regions and product categories. With the help of this platform, we are able to manage complex product attributes from sizing charts to fabric and pricing by market. The bulk editing tools eliminate hours of my teams seasonal collection updates. With one source of truth, our website, wholesale partners and internal teams work from the same data, ensuring accuracy. The new custom product card layouts improved our internal presentation of collections as well as how they are exhibited to buyers.
Negative: Implementation required some initial training for our team. Would love to see more advanced reporting features tailored for merchandising KPIs. Integration with some of our legacy systems took a bit of work, but the support team guided us through it.
