Summary: I can not recommend the company I have demonstrably paid $24,000 and demonstrably did not receive the contractually guaranteed.

In an attempt of extrajudicial clarification, I was lied to and deceived and coerced.

To this day, the contract of E-pixel has not been fulfilled.

Solution proposals are promised but also not fulfilled in the agreed time.

Everything has been recorded in writing and has now been handed over to the legal authorities in the USA, where the company claims to have a branch and, of course, the evidence will also be handed over to the Indian criminal authorities and the court. The Indian Ministry of Economy is pleased about such procedures.

A script has been installed on a server of ours after 5 years now. 5 Years ago they told gine not to rip us off with 250 dollars a month. The script does not work to 80% and questions about how we get to the frontend content have not been answered so far. We have paid that the entire content should be changed via the back office. This one does not seem to have been made, which is another SCAM of the company. An employee living in the USA blackmails and tells us that we should buy a monthly SUPPORT ticket in the 5-digit dollar range. Only then would we be helped. The same employee who has a criminal record in the rest is in the USA and who communicated in various chats in writing the script would be UpToDate.

Summary: Epixel MLM software has every feature that should be in an MLM Software and they are ready to customize it also. The only issue we faced is a communication problem because of the different time zone. But the team is very helpful and tries to resolve our issue immediately.

Positive: Easy to use with customizable features and 24*7 supportive team.

Negative: Being in a different timezone could sometimes be trouble. However, the team is very supportive and tries to manage it well in different time zones too.

Summary: We contacted Epixel with our business idea. They took care of all the aspects from plan implementation to managing distributors and the business. Their easy-to-launch direct sales solution was a standard software package. Hearing our requirements they tailored it to suit our organizational goals best.
Epixel direct sales software grew with us to accommodate our growing number of distributors. The team is also flexible to add any feature after the initial launch.

Positive: Timely support and easy-to-manage solution. The software has plenty of features to help distributors build their network and make sales like sales enablement tools, a distributor training system, and an efficient distributor engagement module.

Negative: The registration process was a bit complex but once we told them our concerns they were quick to simplify it with an easier-to-navigate interface.

Summary: The key benefit of this software is that it can be used by all members of our team irrespective of their location and can translate into different languages, making communication with your global network easier. Their add-on features have also helped us to make our business more profitable.

Positive: The company has made it easy to find a plan and develop one according to our requirements. They have many add-on features, so we were sure to find something that suits us.

Negative: The price details are not mentioned anywhere when analysing their website.
