    Summary: Great experience and great to work with them overall. no major complaints. the team is easy to deal with and flexible and understanding.

    Positive: Attention to detail, goes above and beyond and supports the team across areas. flexible licensing mechanisms and pricing model allows us to choose what we want when we want. no ridiculous lock in like some other vendors.

    Negative: Technology stack is limited and changing this requires additional investment from our end.
