    Summary: In the end it is still a great product.
    I would definitely recommend this product. I believe this make our job easier.

    Positive: I love that we are able to basically do a full inspection at the touch of a screen. Doing sketches have never been easier.

    Negative: Every now and then my pics or videos might get stuck and won't update for hours or days.

    Summary: Overall, Encircle is the go to program and is the best for our industry. Encircle also provides their own university so companies can provide top notch training to their employees. I have never had an issue with customer service

    Positive: There are so many things to like about using the Encircle program. It is detailed, provides the best detailed report to submit to the insurance company and provides excellent photo documentation. There are so many features to complete all the necessary information required to satisfy our customers.

    Negative: The only con is if we could complete our own equipment tracking reports.
