Empowered HOA was designed by property managers for property management firms and self-managed HOAs. We have over 32 years combined experience in HOA management and have developed a cloud-based software that will revolutionize the HOA software industry. Eight years ago, we founded a property management company in order to improve the HOA industry. A board member of a community felt the pain of having to follow up on everything and waiting until the next meeting for updates. He knew there was a better solution. He decided to survey HOA board members from different communities. He saw that most HOA's felt the same pain as he did and needed to find an answer. He was able to identify the key elements that cause owners and board members pain by adapting the survey to reflect the responses.
