It makes everything more accessible in our quest to safeguard files, access them from anywhere through any device with internet access, and save space on our computers and other devices. It is always prudent for every work team to have a familiar environment where they can store and protect information for different purposes, especially if it means saving computer memory, something that Egnyte does perfectly.

Negative: Its user interface needs a little more work, it could be more intuitive, plus this platform does not have many customization options.

Summary: Egnyte has allowed us to store and manage files and documents of utmost importance to the organization in a cloud environment where they are kept not only safe and secure but also accessible to our work team, encouraging collaboration between colleagues in an organized way, which has been highly beneficial to the whole group in general. Negative: Egnyte has very few shortcomings. Some users often find it complicated to manage permissions on the website, and although this software does not have a free version, it does offer a trial period.

The control collaboration environment provide a secure way to share the files with people outside the organisation without risking the sensitive files. The reporting section is self sufficient to monitor the account activity and detailed auditing offers the complete detail and actions for each users.

Positive: Egnyte is a reliable web based app which provide cloud storage and file sharing architecture. The features offered by Egnyte are -

Negative: It's a great and secure file sharing system. I didn't find any thing to downvote.

We are resolving the ability to share photos between team members quickly and quickly, along with sending image folders beyond our business to buyers, as well as factories abroad.

Positive: I like the folder system on egnyte. It can also be searched quickly, in addition to keeping the location of old papers and photos maintained quickly. I can conveniently move images directly to different folders, and stay organized so my group can communicate.

Negative: The only thing that is annoying about egnyte is that, in some cases, photo views take a long time and can be a little slow. Other than that, it's wonderful.
