Summary: A very easy platform to use and set to your own needs. The customization and support I get from EduMe are second to none. I have already recommended the software to other departments at Gett and would do so to anyone looking for an online training platform.

Positive: 1) Very easy to use.
2) Amazing support.
3) Great administration tools.
4) Enables us to offer Flexibility and Self-Paced Learning for new drivers.
5) Enables us to reduce spend on resources.

Negative: 1) Losing that human touch of face-to-face interaction, which is no fault of EduMe.

Summary: Overall I have had a good experience in my interactions with EduMe. I have been able to get what I require from the reporting and have heard positive things from my team on support.

Positive: Support team is helpful and oriented on helping us achieve success along metrics that are aligned to our goals.

Negative: There's a lack of flexibility to customize reporting within EduMe UI.

Summary: I like the application as it is truly efficient and made learning in the retail team easy and exciting.

Positive: The app is accessible through handset and laptop. It is very easy to use. It is a daily tool to test the knowledge of my team.

Negative: Timing needs to be updated as per the time zone.
U can't modify an assessment under a lesson except when unpublishing the entire lesson.

Summary: When you are integrating with another company, sometimes it can take time just to align both (heck, it is even hard to align on one company, let alone two with different sets of teams). This does not happen with EduMe. They have well documented API, different methods of integration, and their Customer Experience and Solutions Architects are super fast to reply whatever question you or your team might have. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: Very easy integration, low friction for the user and a lovely (and easy to use) content creation platform which allows for a fast adaption and growth of the capability within your own company

Negative: It could be seen as a bit expensive, but when you think of it as part of the CAC, the net sum is positive.

Summary: We're an on-demand hair/beauty/wellness app. We were introduced to EduMe by our ATS software Fountain with the promise of excellent e-learning. We've not been disappointed - only wish we signed up sooner!

Positive: - Fab UI/UX (goodbye training powerpoints)!
- Easy for my team to set-up, with minimal training
- Excellent Customer Success and support (shoutout to Bradley)
- Syncs up with ATS (Fountain)
- Analytics and tracking great

Negative: - We've struggled to condense some of the more technical/detailed aspects of our training program into EduMe's very "bite size" modules.

Summary: Overall, I believe that EduMe is one of the best platforms out there that can provide many automations in companies and reduce significantly boring and time-consuming labor work, leading to perfection. I would definitely recommend it!

Positive: I love the fact that the lessons are so well structured and easy to watch. Everything in this app is made simple for all the users, and this is what most companies need for their clients since we don't want anyone to have trouble watching the courses. Simple environment in all platforms with many possibilities.

Negative: As a program admin, I would like to have some more sharing and integration choices since technology and multinational companies may have issues leaning into only one way of sharing for all the clients. Also some more additions like subtitles on videos, text fields or better visualization on previews would be highly appreciated.

Summary: Overwhelmingly successful... I recommend the use of this platform and speak of it regularly with others looking for a platform to disseminate education

Positive: EduMe is the chosen tool at Sharp Digital, a South African Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to empowering communities that are excluded from the digital new world. Our Organisation uses the EduMe platform to introduce new technology users to the World Wide Web, Email and the responsibilities that come with being "connected". The feedback has consistently been that the EduMe platform is intuitive and user friendly, especially for new users who have no prior experience using this kind of instrument before.

Negative: None yet! The experience using the platform has been consistently positive.

Summary: Overall I can only highly recommend the platform if you are looking for a learning website, look no further.

Positive: I have been using Edume to help educate our partners. I mainly use the back end of it, checking if they've completed their training, etc. It's a very responsive, easy to use site which you can easily transform to your own needs. When you need any help from them, they are very attentive and quick to reply.

Negative: I am not sure I could mention any cons, I haven't encountered any yet.

Summary: The experience from very beginning has been great- we have received very thorough explanation of the tool and how we could utilise it as a company. Onboarding was handled very well with regular check ins on training content as well as all technical details. Ongoing support is 10/10, any issue is always solved promptly (usually within minutes, thank you Katie!!!) and their team is genuinely invested in the success of our training programme.

Positive: EduMe has transformed the way we provide training for our new starters and existing teams.
Being a high growth company, EduMe allows us to train at scale while keeping the standards very high and candidates engaged.

Integration with other systems is very useful and provides seamless experience for applicants.

Team at EduMe is always really helpful and comes up with lot of ideas on how we can get even more value from the tool. We are also using their content creation services and we couldn’t recommend this more.

Negative: We currently can’t fault EduMe’s functionalities.

Summary: I would recommend EduMe to any company looking to introduce education, especially for new joiners to the company.

Positive: The platform is easy to navigate, both to make content, share with our team and complete as a team member. It provides a way for us to monitor quality remotely and was extremely useful during closure of our salon.

Negative: There is nothing that I dislike about the platform!

Summary: Positive experience, looking forward to using the product more going forward. Supported by a great team on the EduMe side who are truly passionate about the impact of their product and helping organisations make the most out of it using it.

Positive: Bite-sized content, ease of use, minimal training required for users and administrators when first using the product. Helpful analytics and the ability to cascade different training programmes to different teams.

Negative: Additional gamification could be helpful. Can be initially challenging to articulate the value add of the product over other solutions.

Summary: My experience with the EduMe app has been great so far, Although I was just introduced to it about three months ago, I love the fact that there is a provision for Messages, that can be used for news updates and motivation and so much more, also the Flashcards are my favorite because it gives the users the opportunity to learn and be familiar with new words and their meaning, which helps in the user understanding the lesson content better. Other functions like the lesson quizzes and the reports, surveys are great too, with this I can know how well the lesson contents are digested and how active the users are on the app.

Positive: The fact that Lessons can be compiled with pictures related to the topic and the inclusion of video boxes.

Negative: Image and video updating Space. if there is a way it can be increased to 50MB or something, most video contents are detailed and carry larger space, and compressing them reduces the quality making it difficult for users to get the full content quality. so if that can be adjusted then it would be great.
