    Deceptive, horrible customer service, would not recommend

    Summary: id never recommend working with a company that just ignores your messages marked important for multiple days! very disrespectful

    Positive: price
    free trial + extension they offered
    auto ordering
    not much because as soon as the trial ends, they change up completely and customer service becomes almost non existent not to mention tons of other issues

    Negative: support is pretty much non existent and ignores all of your questions or inquiries for multiple days with no response even though showing active or online...they offered a discount code to write this review and others on other sites and as soon as you subscribe to their monthly service the customer service becomes pretty much non existent. they clearly fake being super attentive during trial periods which I was very afraid of ! Probably will be my first and last month since i dont see any improvements..I honestly think its a one man operation here and theyre just not capable of providing any customer service or even answering simple questions within a multiple day span...very disappointing
