Summary: Overall, EasyShifts is easy to learn and use. Customer support has always been very helpful. EasyShifts has made my job of scheduling more streamlined.

Positive: Very user friendly. Helps streamline my scheduling. I like the features of being able to track staffing.

Negative: Would like for the app to offer more features for my team members.

Summary: Our team uses this program daily. We love how all of the staff can access their schedules and communicate with each other individually or in a group message.

Positive: So user-friendly for all of our staff as well as economical!! Great support from Easy Shifts team!

Negative: Can't think of anything we do not like. It is such a great program.

Summary: Overall, everything else has been okay. EasyShifts has what your building needs. EasyShifts is one click away.

Positive: EasyShifts is a very easy scheduling system to use all I have to do is add our new hires to easy shift go in put there block schedule and they are all set. I even like the fact that if the staff need to request days off and do not have the PTO time available EasyShifts will still let the staff request off. I can block any overtime shifts from employee that are trying to pick up but has not been approved due to over time there is a way to lock it until the admin say it's okay for them to have the overtime hours. I can put the reason why the staff didn't show up to work and also if I have any trainees, they will see who they are training with for that day. EasyShifts is the way to go.

Negative: The only thing I'm having trouble with is when I put the new hires in, I have to delete what i published already in order for them to see their schedule. I have been having the new hires wait until the following month to see their schedule on EasyShifts.

Summary: Great tool for scheduling, user friendly, and it has tutorial for support, live support available when needed.

Positive: Introduction letter to nurses on how to set.
Easy to enter open shifts, and easy for nurses to gain access and pick up shifts, or make other changes.

Negative: Does not give access to clients to add shifts.
Does not allow to addition to add multiple shifts at a time in a day.
Does not allow you to automatically add or delete clients.

Summary: EasyShifts has improved our department's scheduling overall. It is much better than Xcel or paper calendars. I do wish the schedule had different views available such as every 2 weeks, monthly, or even quarterly.

Positive: Really appreciated all of the help with getting our template created in easy shifts and having it auto-populate into the weekly rotation. Being able to view multiple schedules in different departments and also cross utilize employees. Having live access to the schedule from cell phone. Also like that employees can trade shifts on their own, and enter their pto requests for me to approve at a later date.

Negative: Do not like that I cannot view the department schedule by each 2 week pay period or by the month. Do not like that our daily schedule doesn't show that someone is off on PTO.

Summary: We use this software to schedule and staff our very busy emergency department that has multiple nurses, techs, CNAs, physicians, and mid-levels. We have been using it for almost 10 years now, and it continues to serve us very well.

Positive: EasyShifts is a very robust online scheduling software program. It allows you to customize roles, individuals, shift lengths, etc. can all be tailored to fit your needs. Need to split a shift--no problem! You can custom edit individual shifts for a single day without redoing the entire schedule. Need to limit overtime hours--easily done. EasyShifts alerts you when someone is going beyond his/her allotted hours for a pay period. It can also generate custom reports to let you know how many hours and types of shifts an employee has worked for a given period of time.

Negative: There are only two features that I wish EasyShifts supported. The first is a monthly view. It is a weekly based system, and that is the longest period of time you are able to view the entire schedule. Individual schedules can be printed out for a month in a traditional calendar view, but the group schedule is only viewable a week at a time.

The second feature I would like is the ability to copy and paste an employee in a given role across several days. There are shift templates that allow you to use a set role consistently, but you have to assign an employee to that template on an individual basis. Being able to copy an employee across several days (the same shift) would be useful as that is how most individuals tend to work.

Summary: My staff Supervisor does the scheduling. I am still not familiar with all of the functions available. However, it does seem to be quite handy and serve our purpose very well.

Positive: I do like that it is easy for all staff to log in and see schedules and trade or pick up shifts when necessary.

Negative: Staff does seem to have trouble using some features on the mobile ap. As long as they go to the website everything seems to work well.

Summary: I liked it before the update. If you could make it that I don't have to log in every 5 min that would be great.

Positive: I'm not a fan of the update. it is not user friendly it was nicer before. and the price goes up and it is not user friendly for the staff as well.

Negative: I do not like the fact that I cannot just leave it up on my desktop all day when I go to do something it makes me resign in.
