    Good when customize to your business needs

    Summary: Very good for a small and medium size business when they are growing and need more automation and integration, but not recommended for one person or 2 people operation. Adoption is the key there is no way you just jump on an ERP and start getting benefits with out some customization and training.

    Positive: They customized it to our needs based on our requirements. Being custom support is needed all the time and they are quick to respond. recommended for small business who's needs are beyond tradition accounting or inventory systems or who wants automation and integrations.

    Negative: This is not a $40 per month online software. There are many modules and lot of things in the software. some training is necessary. Good thing ERP team always helped.

    Difficult to operate, clunky, wastes productivity time

    Summary: Extremely negative. An off the shelf module based product will never work for the majority of businesses.

    Positive: None. There are no positives to a software solution that loses a company productive time.

    Negative: Poor implementation, Poor support, No knowledge transfer, software is labour intensive and quite frankly it’s use is avoided by staff as it’s too difficult to pick up.
    It’s so badly structured it’s interface is intuitive and doesn’t fit every business. We’ve lost 80% staff productivity in trying to support the software, our staff turnover has doubled as staff leave due to frustration.
