Summary: EMQX was a complex platform to use, mainly due to its complex implementation process, however, this platform is key to having a solid data transfer with services such as AWS or SAP, although our main use was with system linkage IBM in the cloud. I really liked the experience we have had with this platform, we have used it for approximately 2 years and we have been able to transfer more than 1000 files to our servers thanks to the MQTT transfer service. We will continue to use this platform due to its high effectiveness in our real estate sector.

Positive: EMQX was the perfect service to connect our servers and extract essential information. Our IT sector is in charge of the general and main configuration of EMQX. This platform has the ability to provide us with extremely low latency for data transfer, each requirement that is made within the MQTT connectivity and the cloud is processed in a few milliseconds, ensuring that all the required information reaches our employees and their servers immediately. In addition, EMQX has affordable prices per hour and per year, which helps to have an optimal system to transfer data at a low price.

Negative: EMQX general services never gave us any kind of problem, I was one of the main people in charge of the implementation, and the implementation process was the only negative thing about EMQX, it was a process that took a couple of days since we had to correctly configure the servers and connect the cloud ports. General data transfer functions performed excellently without any issues.

In Our Company, we use the IBM Marketing service to expand advertising and facilitate the sending of data between advertising campaigns, and it is important to continue using this MQTT service, it greatly facilitates collaboration and teamwork within the Marketing sector, as well as facilitates and speeds up the sending of data.

Negative: I participated in the implementation process of this platform within our marketing sector, since I am the manager of the marketing sector and my main function within this sector is to manage each of the Software we use. During the implementation process of this platform within our marketing sector, I must admit that the process was a bit complicated, it is the only problem that I presented within this platform, the implementation process was difficult because we had to connect each of the campaigns and each of the contacts registered for sales, with the EMQX system, this process took several weeks due to the complexity of the implementation and configuration of data transfer.

Summary: Even though EMQX has a very strong negative point, it still provides many benefits and it is not something that erases the great job it achieves at sending data through all the IoT devices that are in current use in our organization, it is a blessing to be using this software in a great scale because it is able to give us a great interface to work with and have total control of our data and manage it the way we want to without much limitation, it is possible to integrate it with a cloud system and we currently do so, which gives us a better experience and automation of the management of the data, as a result of this, we are able to save the time that we would spend constantly monitoring the protocol, this way we can only automate different tasks that the software can do to ensure that everything works perfectly and we keep the management at a low level but with great results.

Positive: What I like about EMQX is the fact that it is a very enriched software in all the features and tools that it has, combining the power of high scalability with a resourceful platform that is protected by high security levels like no other, able to handle large amounts of data with no security risks at all. With this MQTT protocol software, it is simple to get the different servers and IoT devices to start working right away, it is the easiest and fastest program to get the process of moving data around to work properly in a matter of just a few steps. Deploying to the cloud is also cost effective and not difficult to manage, as it provides the right tools and guides to keep up with the fast pacing of the software. EMQX is a software that provides reliability as we know that we work with so much data and it has been able to keep up with it without the servers being slow and without presenting issues with the delivery of the messages to all the devices.

Negative: The most negative point that it is very difficult to ignore is that during the beginning of starting to use the software it is quite difficult to use, especially because it contains syntax that one is not familiar with, eventually this stopped being a problem for us as we slowly worked our way through it and developed our understanding of the MQTT protocol in this particular software, however, they could implement more user-friendly alternatives for those who are not very familiar with the syntax included in this but still need a broker that can do the job of processing all the data into the servers without taking a long time to get used to all the stuff, this could be achieved through more guides and innovative tutorials that are aimed towards an entry public that has experience in this area but not enough to achieve the deployment of the software by themselves.

Summary: EMQX has been a very important computer system for us since we started using it, we have no circumstantial changes in the transfer of data to our company teams, this platform is being used by our teams in the productive sector and our team in the marketing, and I must highlight that the marketing sector has been completely benefited because they have been able to learn all kinds of information from the cloud instantly, that platform has excellent connectivity with the IBM system, for which, we currently use many marketing and sales services within IBM, and that computing platform has been the exact passage or bridge to be able to transfer information securely to each of the IoT servers that we use in our company. Negative of this platform is the server configuration and response automation system, since this cannot be configured or manipulated by a person who does not have previous experience in the administration of computer systems. Points regarding the functions offered by this platform such as I have not presented any type of problem or negativity, the platform has been used for several years and I have not had any type of problem in the transfer of data from the cloud to my servers.
