Summary: I've used this and I really like the service so and not to mention Glenn has been really helpful throughout this entire journey.

Positive: HE was very professional and he took care of all my issues . he was very patient with me throughout. He resolved it very quickly.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of right now. It's good.

Positive: I just called to fix my log problems and spoke to Ted. He was very professional and helped me a lot and solved my issue which I was facing.

Negative: So i already mentioned he did great and made me comfortable to start to continue my driving.

Summary: It's a great app to use. I would recommend everyone in the trucking industry to use this app.

Positive: Ted was a great help. Very understanding, they will definitely do their best to meet your accommodations if and when need be.

Negative: I honestly believe that's this is the best app out there, no cons at all, only pros.

Negative: No cons, they answered the phone quickly and remained on the phone until problem was solved.

Summary: ELD MANDATE is a POS company with POS service. It is not a reliable company and not good product. I had their service once. They will promise anything to get you sign in. I did not like it at all, customer support was crappy they would not resolve my issue and many problems. Needless to say I have canceled my subscription and happily separated from them. I talked to my friends they have canceled their services as well because they were having the same issue. But they are still calling day and night asking me to get their service. I have talked to manager's manger about it and explain my frustration that I don't want your service at all even if you pay me to have it and they have assured me that they have put in my file
"Do Not Call this customer ". I have blocked all their phone number. they keep generating new numbers on computer and I am still getting calls from their call center. some times multiple times a day. Don't know what to do I have explained in Indian,English both languages. They need to understand NO means NO. In my opinion this is a POS company with POS service.

Positive: NOTHING is good in their company and customer serve is crappy. Did not like it all.In my opinion no one should get it.

Negative: EVERYTHING is wrong call center will promise you anything.

Positive: I purchased ELD Mandate ELD devices. I did not work or not activated. I paid paid for 12 months subscription. They never refunded me and they have been drawing monthly subscription online.

When I contacted them for refund. They cut the line. ELD Mandate is a scam company, needs to be report to FMSCA or US DOT.

Negative: Could not connect to internet.

Summary: They are crooks, don't recommend them.

Negative: I purchased 1 year and I didn't activate the account, I canceled and the never refunded me.
