While your current web-based learning is adequate, it doesn't cover all scenarios.

Positive: I appreciate the responsive support whenever I have inquiries. The pricing offered by DreamzCMMS is highly competitive compared to other CMMS systems. Additionally, the availability of training for the entire team has been beneficial. The inclusion of a below-minimum report feature is also very practical.

Negative: It would be preferable if the part location had a separate field instead of being embedded within the part description. Furthermore, custom reporting is not yet available, which is a drawback.

The mobile app ensures swift ticket reception, allowing me to enter tickets even when I'm away from my desk. I particularly value the diverse search options for accessing historical data and find the scheduler feature beneficial for planning future or ongoing tasks.

Negative: The inability to edit comments in tickets is a limitation. Staff members assigned to multiple buildings can only view tickets for one facility at a time. The delayed status feature hasn't functioned optimally for us, failing to switch over to "new" status on the specified date.

Summary: Our experience with DreamzCMMS has been nothing short of exceptional. The software is intuitive, making it easy for both our staff and office tenants to navigate and utilize effectively.

Positive: Since adopting DreamzCMMS, we've been consistently impressed with its performance. Our Performing Arts Center Facility relies on it to efficiently manage maintenance requests and projects. Moreover, we've begun leveraging its asset feature to monitor our equipment and supplies effectively. I wholeheartedly endorse both the software and the company behind it. Furthermore, the customer service provided by DreamzCMMS is unparalleled. Their team consistently demonstrates a proactive and pleasant attitude, always ready to assist with any issues that may arise.

Negative: Remarkably, we have yet to encounter any shortcomings with either the software or the company.

Summary: I have a strong affinity for the platform and its extensive capabilities for managing our assets. As I finalize the development and implementation for our HVAC PM department, there are plans to extend its usage to other departments such as Machinery and Construction.

Positive: The cross-integration across field technicians, accounting, and warehousing is impressive. All equipment is equipped with comprehensive parts information linked back to our warehouse, notifying accounting and warehousing teams when materials fall below the required threshold. DreamzCMMS efficiently consolidates our invoicing, associating it with a comprehensive track record of each part's purchasing history and cost over time. I am eager to leverage its full potential.

Negative: During the initialization phase of creating assets, it would be beneficial if the 'save and create another' feature carried over much of the prior item's data. For those without a CSV to upload into DreamzCMMS, the process of going through each plant by asset type seems easier, but it becomes repetitive as much of the data stays the same from one asset to another until that type is completed. Having a standard daily report that includes a technician's work, along with uploaded photos, sent to a set list of email addresses, would also be a valuable addition.
