    Changed Policy, no refunds, after I paid

    Summary: Worst customer service. There is just a tiny chat bubble to contact them and its not even instant, once they did answer, it was a simple "policy says no refunds", but their FAQ has a section explaining why they cant refund if you've uploaded your photos already, even if I haven't.

    Positive: Did not use it, I didn't even upload any photos since I saw how terrible their photos end up and wanted to get my refund.

    Negative: They changed their policy, and would not refund my money even if I didn't upload any images at all.
