    Draw and express

    Date: Feb 04 2021

Summary: Overall, if you want to express yourself via drawing, it is the best option as it gives you tools for any particular detailing in your drawing.

Positive: You can draw whatever you want with quality tools and very effective results, and a precise and detailed picture is made. It is not only amazing but also gives you a high-quality, smooth image or drawing.

Negative: It is one of the finest applications globally and has tons of tools, and there is nothing to complain about.

    DrawPad

    Date: Jan 25 2023

Summary: It was a good company four years ago with customer service and tech service. Now the company is all about the money. Will be researching for another company if things don't change.

Positive: This was a great company four years ago when I purchased a lifetime license. Could use Pixillion in conjunction with DrawPad to convert to pdf files to jpeg, etc. Was able to have a hard disk copy of DrawPad for the lifetime license, which was great.

Negative: Just upgraded my pc and had to buy another DrawPad for half price. Why? I had already purchased a lifetime license for that program. No customer service any longer, a support purchase must be purchased to talk to live people or send emails with no responses. This was a five star company four years ago. Now it is such a poor company that it can only get a 1 star review. I have a small business and that was the reason I bought a lifetime license for DrawPad as my profit margin is extremely low and I had access to live customer service and tech help...no more is that true.
