Positive: This application segments our practice and can highlight it among many others, allows us to configure the tools for internal use and users at our convenience. We can adapt a system to manage consultations and medical offers by treatment or intervention. In addition, we can import and export data to specific clients according to their needs.

Negative: In the application the servers can provide support videos to detail dental procedures or explain treatments. However, when uploaded to the platform they prominently lose the resolution quality of the footage. In addition to the latter, the design and use of the application is linear; without further adaptation of image samples or animation of handling.

Summary: We recommend the application 100% if you want to scale a little in terms of migration and technological update in dental practice management. With Dovetail we can schedule appointments and treatments remotely or make payments from the same platform. It has flaws that represent details in terms of design and audiovisual material, but it is an excellent option for any dental office.

Positive: Dovetail gives us a perfect option to grow and update our dental practice management. It allows us to create and customize our profile by attaching all the options we can offer; types of interventions, prices to manage per procedure and more. Likewise, we can create and save an internal client record for internal domain only.

Negative: As an unfavorable point of the application we can mention that it has a rather precarious design in terms of aesthetics, which does not generate interest on the part of our customers to use it. Also, when we upload video or photographic material to our profile they lose their resolution quality significantly and sometimes the quality degradation is so much that they are almost impossible to see.
