Summary: It's an amazing product light weight simple and easy to install and configure, support multiple AD domains.

Positive: The product is very simple to use install and configure, i was able to migrate it to other server easily.
Support is good, they are ready to help you always.
It shows the AD contacts in an organized way easy to use and integrate with AD, Supports multiple Domains.

Negative: Need a detailed documentation and Videos to understand the product better.

Summary: The software itself is functional once configured, but the lack of support and outdated upgrade process are frustrating. If everything works as expected, it's fine—but if you run into issues, don’t expect timely assistance.

Positive: The software works well enough when configured properly and does what it promises. Once set up, it functions reliably without major issues.

Negative: Submitted a support request via email, followed up, and called their listed number—zero response. The phone system even directs you to press 2 for support, only to say they don’t provide it by phone. Our I.T. department had to resolve the issue ourselves. Also, why does upgrading require manually uninstalling the old version first? There should be a built-in update feature. Disappointing service and archaic software design.

Summary: Terrible experience. There is no way to call, there is no way to reach anyone over email, just a frustration.

Positive: The software does work and performs what it's intended to do. I started using it many many years ago, but the recent experience is different.

Negative: Internet connectivity is required to activate. Offline activation key doesn't work for all modules. I was told this will be resolved in the future versions, but there was no new release in the last 2 years.

At some point support stopped responding, despite 3yr contract we purchased, and now even basic questions are being ignored.

Summary: Avoid using them if you want the software long term.

Positive: The software does work but they will scam you in the licensing.

Negative: They block you from using it after one year. They lie about the license being PERPETUAL!

Summary: The company Dovestones Software advertises with false promises. On their website they wrote: "The license is Perpetual, you own the right to use the software indefinitely" which is a lie. Exactly one year after purchasing the license, it cannot be activated anymore. Support is not available because the maintenance has expired and the company wants you to renew the maintenance to get help. Rip-off!
The software deactivates itself, there was neither an update nor a reinstallation of the software. Do not buy in any case!

Positive: When the software is activated, it does what it is supposed to do, easy to use. Fast import and edit of users.

Negative: Rip-off!

Software can no longer be activated after the end of maintenance.
