    Fast and Convenient Dojo Management

    Summary: We have been using DojoChamp for a while now and we find it very helpful in managing all the workings of our dojo. Adding students is quite seamless, and the search function is very quick when you need to update any information. Sending out emails to all of our students and parents also became much easier to manage. We always need to embed images in our emails to deliver announcements conveniently, so we really appreciate that function. This software has also helped us process payments for in-school merchandise much more smoothly.

    Positive: We had issues regarding email announcements to all of our students. Other softwares often were buggy and slow when sending to our large roster of students, and DojoChamp's email system feels more streamlined. Another aspect that we enjoy is how quickly we can search up students to update information or check for details we need.

    Negative: There are no major pain points that we have with using this software. A minor issue we experience is regarding bugs every once in awhile due to how new the software is. This is rarely an issue as the support team is very responsive and helpful in addressing any and all concerns.
