Notifications can be a problem, they are too plentiful and a bit over the top, they tend to take up a lot of space in the inbox, I've tried changing that but there isn't much in the settings that it allows me to do. The integrations are not very efficient to say, it is not possible to do work in large quantities through integrations and this has made our work difficult. We have also found that we need to download large amounts of files and it does not allow us to set up a download folder, each document must be downloaded one by one, it would be ideal to have the option of downloading a set of documents in a united way.
