Summary: I needed an API to generate PDFs for receipts and it was exactly what I needed. It's grown with us from 0 to >10k documents a month. The team is super supportive as well.

Negative: - would maybe like a document editor in-application so I can edit templates more easily without switching tabs (admittedly it's probably not worth reinventing the wheel though)

Negative: I just have a couple of documents, maybe with more it will be a bit difficult to overview. Also it would be nice to change the document, instead of uploading a whole new one.

Summary: I could managed exactly the Word document I wanted in a automation process. It is very useful for my activity.

Positive: The mechanism with what they called merged tag let you generate any kind of report. I really liked the list and images tags. It is flexible. It is also great that this tool use providing a real Word documents. There is no conversion if you request a docx file.
The support (by email) was very reactive.

Negative: I believe the general UI/IX can be improved and the documentation as well.
