Summary: DocSales solves the formalization of the documents, in every working area (as commercial, HR, finance etc), also has the legal binding, which is essential.
Positive: What I like best in DocSales is the integration with HUBSPOT, it helps us to optimize the flow since it brings the data automatically.
Negative: What I don't like about the variables and additional fields, I think the fields could be better placed so the person utilizing it doesn't get confused.

Summary: Sometimes in other software our clients can't sign or take 4 days to sign, because they need help with it. With DocSales they don't have this problem at all
Positive: Features and usage is great and simple. This type of technology saves us a lot of time.
It looks like something from another planet. But even the elderly are able to use It is perfect.Negative: Sometimes it is a little slow, in the search of dates and contracts.

Summary: We worked with manual and paper contracts, DocSales helps us to make it easier and faster. We had to go to the registry and a lot of times, the clients didn't sign. Now we always have the actual signature.
Positive: The facility to create and send the contracts, the integration with OMIE because it makes easier to fill the fields.
Negative: In our particularity, our services don't have a right valid date, and we have to fill the 'valid' field.

Summary: Before DocSales we had to create the document, get a car and go to the client so he/she can sign. Now, we just send it via DocSales, helping with less paper with the same binding and the client sign and receive the document signed via email.
Positive: It is a practical software, easy to use and to sign. Helps with the 'worst' lead we can think about.
Negative: I can't list anything I dislike in DocSales, it is simple.
